Fantastic roof terrace with summer kitchen + eating and sunbathing area

This fantastic property , in an exceptional location, is the ideal base for a family or group of friends seeking for a very first line accommodation that offers all one can wish for a fantastic holiday.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with stunning sea view.

3 full bathrooms with big walk in shower and 2 separate toilets.

On the first floor you find the fully equipped kitchen, with fridge-freezer, microwave, Espresso Coffee maker,...large dining -living room area with stunning views to the little boats and the sea and 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms.

On the second floor there is a fantastic roof terrace with a sun area and covered area, where u have a fab new summer kitchen, including a nice gas grill, a second fridge, cooker and another dishwasher. Dining table for 8.

In this floor you have a Toilet, and the 4th bedroom with ensuite bath with walk in shower.

Beach is less than 50 metres flat walk from the aptm.

Air Conditioning; Wi-fi and Satellite TV.

Car is not necessary.

We require an antibreakage deposit of 200 Euro.

NOTE : The roof terrace ( 2nd floor ) is not available in Winter.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We loved our stay in the Port de Soller apartment. The location is fabulous, right across from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The ferry and boat docks and sightseeing train are right there as well. The view from the terrace is spectacular. The apartment was clean and very spacious, perfect for my husband and I and our 3 teenage sons. They had the lower level (3rd floor) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. Then we had the upstairs (4th floor) with one bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms and a huge terrace with an outdoor kitchen. We loved this! The air conditioning was great since it was very hot. And the gelato stand downstairs was great too! I highly recommend this apartment and we hope to go back to it soon.

Absolutely stunning. Perfect!

I could not think of a place to stay in in Port de Soller. The location is perfect. The apartment is gorgeous and the views from the terrace (which is huge!) are just breath-taking. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back!

This apartment has it all

We booked this apartment for a week, it was even better than we expected.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, had ample bed linen and towels , it was very airy and spacious.

Location couldn't be better, it was right next to the port and the beach. Just outside the door you had restaurants / shops/ supermarkets/ really good pharmacy ( baby needs) and a great hairdressers in the albatros ( so cheap and so helpful)

As we were there for a family wedding the apartment was fanastic for entertaining ( huge terrace and BBq area.. A full outdoor kitchen, you will spend most of your time here.

We had 3 babies with us and even though this apt has 5 flights of stairs it was not an issue, it was so baby friendly.

The views day and night were amazing and you felt like you were out on the port while sitting on the terrace.

Véronique was an absolutely perfect host, she was on hand day and night with any queries we had.. Babysitters/ taxis / weather, extremely helpful.

We will definitely be returning to this property when we come back to port de soller.

Highly recommended.

Best Port Soller home ever

We spent the most amazing and relaxing week in this appartement. Everything was perfectly fine, clean and just beautiful. Even though the house is right next to shops, bars and restaurants, it is very quiet and peaceful. The facilities in both kitchens, all bathrooms and in every single room are well-maintained and very luxurious, the huge open kitchen is heaven to spent time cooking, dining, drinking and enjoying holidays.

We stayed here with five persons, but even with seven or eight people the house would still offer space and light and lots of air to breathe.

Veronica's service was just perfect, so kind and friendly and well-organized!

We'll defininitely come back (preferably tomorrow!!!) and highly recommend this place to everybody, who likes Port Soller as much as we do!

Great penthouse!

We had a perfect stay at this great penthouse! Lots of space, gigantic roof terrace, centrally located, magnificent view, only 50 meters to the beach, clear communication about arriving and leaving, all the things you need were available at the appartment (even beach toys for the kids!). The only negative point were the beds; short and a bit uncomfortable. We solved it by putting the matrass on the floor - then everything was all right.

Super leilighet i Port de Soller

Denne leiligheten er bare helt fantastisk. Nesten enda bedre enn på bildene. Super strand og hyggelige restauranter er rett rundt hjørnet. Skulle det være en bitte liten ting å sette fingeren på, så er det at man må være obs på noe støy fra gaten litt utpå natta.

Med hilsen 6 storfornøyde damer på 60+.
