Fantastic roof terrace with summer kitchen + eating and sunbathing area

This fantastic property , in an exceptional location, is the ideal base for a family or group of friends seeking for a very first line accommodation that offers all one can wish for a fantastic holiday.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with stunning sea view.

3 full bathrooms with big walk in shower and 2 separate toilets.

On the first floor you find the fully equipped kitchen, with fridge-freezer, microwave, Espresso Coffee maker,...large dining -living room area with stunning views to the little boats and the sea and 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms.

On the second floor there is a fantastic roof terrace with a sun area and covered area, where u have a fab new summer kitchen, including a nice gas grill, a second fridge, cooker and another dishwasher. Dining table for 8.

In this floor you have a Toilet, and the 4th bedroom with ensuite bath with walk in shower.

Beach is less than 50 metres flat walk from the aptm.

Air Conditioning; Wireless Wi-Fi opical fiber, and Satellite TV.

Car is not necessary.

We require an antibreakage deposit of 200 Euro.

NOTE : The roof terrace ( 2nd floor ) is not available in Winter.

Fabulous townhouse

We had a fantastic holiday staying the best accommodation I have ever stayed in . The open plan top floor was perfect with views over the Marina and across the bay . The "Aussie" bbq was a lovely surprise in the kitchen . Three bedrooms had views over the bay and the the accommodation was so central . A fantastic experience!

Delightful duplex apartment overlooking marina.

This property is a delight to stay in. Comfortable, well equipped, with a beautiful view from the terrace. Fine dining a few minutes walk away, we had a very relaxing holiday on this beautiful location.

Perfect resort and a perfect Apartment!

Just had a wonderful two weeks in Port de Soller. First the apartment, plenty of space with stunning views. Loved the midweek clean which we weren't expecting and replacement towels and bedding.

Excellent summer kitchen with views to blow your mind, watching the daily going on's of the port with the spectacular mountains as a backdrop.

The location is superb with the nearest beach 1 minute walk, we enjoyed it more central where you find finer sand and clearer water. Restaurants and bars start on your doorstep and you are spoilt for choice. Don't worry about any noise as they all go quiet around midnight..including the trams which stop outside your doorstep.

The air-con throughout was a blessing and needed in August, and if you forget the lime for your G&T, don't worry as two local supermarkets are just up the side street 25 metres from your front door.

We hired a car to explore the island, the apartment has no parking, but we always found a spot in a back street 2-3 blocks back, so not an issue.

Only suggestion would be shade for the sun terrace, as it got really hot up there

In summary a fantastic apartment in a fantastic location, which we would certainly return to and recommend to all

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We loved our stay in the Port de Soller apartment. The location is fabulous, right across from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The ferry and boat docks and sightseeing train are right there as well. The view from the terrace is spectacular. The apartment was clean and very spacious, perfect for my husband and I and our 3 teenage sons. They had the lower level (3rd floor) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. Then we had the upstairs (4th floor) with one bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms and a huge terrace with an outdoor kitchen. We loved this! The air conditioning was great since it was very hot. And the gelato stand downstairs was great too! I highly recommend this apartment and we hope to go back to it soon.

Absolutely stunning. Perfect!

I could not think of a place to stay in in Port de Soller. The location is perfect. The apartment is gorgeous and the views from the terrace (which is huge!) are just breath-taking. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back!

This apartment has it all

We booked this apartment for a week, it was even better than we expected.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, had ample bed linen and towels , it was very airy and spacious.

Location couldn't be better, it was right next to the port and the beach. Just outside the door you had restaurants / shops/ supermarkets/ really good pharmacy ( baby needs) and a great hairdressers in the albatros ( so cheap and so helpful)

As we were there for a family wedding the apartment was fanastic for entertaining ( huge terrace and BBq area.. A full outdoor kitchen, you will spend most of your time here.

We had 3 babies with us and even though this apt has 5 flights of stairs it was not an issue, it was so baby friendly.

The views day and night were amazing and you felt like you were out on the port while sitting on the terrace.

Véronique was an absolutely perfect host, she was on hand day and night with any queries we had.. Babysitters/ taxis / weather, extremely helpful.

We will definitely be returning to this property when we come back to port de soller.

Highly recommended.

We require an antibreakage deposit sent by bank transfer at the moment of making a firm booking, this antibreakage deposit will be returned to you by bank transfer 2 weeks after your departure and assuming the property has been left in good order and without damages.
We are happy to organize a local taxi to collect you at the airport, just ask !
Meet & greet from 9am to 9pm, beyond that, meeting is possible at an extra cost. Pls ask
