Luxurious apartment in the heart of the San Marco district, with ancient frescoes and a splendid view on Campo Santo Stefano, one of the most elegant areas of the city. The apartment is on 2 floors. The sleeping area is on the upper floor and consists of: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a study with a single sofa bed, and a splendid altana (a typical Venetian terrace). The downstairs living area includes: a large living room with sofas, piano, and antique furnishings, a dining room with a large dining table, and a kitchen with a smaller table. The neighboring apartment, Affresco 2, presents the same features and style. It is therefore possible to rent them both, hosting up to a total number of 17 guests. Located in a strategic area, it is a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco, Rialto, the Rialto market, and some of the top visiting venues in Venice: Palazzo Grazzi, Punta della Dogana, Guggenheim Collection museum, and the Fenice Opera House. The campo below the apartment has many cafés, restaurants, art galleries, and elegant art, artisan, and design boutiques. The nearest waterbus stops are Accademia and Santa Maria del Giglio (Line 1 and Line 2) for easy and quick connections to all main attractions via the Grand Canal.

Amazing house!

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It was close to everything -- the vaporetto station, San Marco, the Rialto, great restaurants and a grocery store. We had both apartments and enjoyed having the building to ourselves and also really enjoyed the terrace and the roof deck. The apartments had nice kitchens, strong wi-fi and lots of comfortable areas to sit. Thanks for renting us your home. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to be back next summer.

Fabulous location and exceptional value

We rented Ca Affresco for a work trip and it was amazing. The location was perfect with wonderful restaurants and cafes right outside our door and it presented excellent value all round. The manager was very friendly and helpful and we had no problems during our stay. I would love to stay here next time I am in Venice and I would certainly recommend it to a friend.

Perfect for a vacation in Venice!

What a great find! I traveled with my mother, husband and two sisters and their families for a New Year's eve vacation to Venice. We were lucky enough to come across this beautiful property. Great location - right next to Accademia, so very easy to catch a waterbus around the city but also convenient to a grocery store and plenty of shops and restaurants. The linens were fully stocked, the kitchen (though tiny) had every accommodation in terms of silverware, dishes, cooking equipment, coffee makers, etc. - all in perfect clean and well kept condition. The bedrooms were large and cozy. The dining room seated plenty and was accented by a beautiful chandelier. And the living room is amazing - very large, plenty of seating for a large party and covered in frescoes and antique doors, furniture, etc. The property also has a terrace with a lovely view. Working with the management was a very positive experience. We had one issue where we blew a fuse. Upon phoning the number - even on New Year's Eve! - they sent a service person to arrive within the hour to resolve the issue. That's great service! I would highly recommend both this rental agency and this property to all of my family and friends!
