Just Perfect!

Everything was as advertised and then some! Beautiful, clean, classy home located near everything that ones heart desires It was close to Fishermans Village which has restaurants and shopping. The private boat slip with easy out access to Charlotte Harbor leading to the Gulf was excellent for boating. The house had everything needed for the stay. The split floor plan made it great for sharing with others couples or families. The screened in pool looking out over the canal was a daily favorite. This is a must stay property if you are in the Punta Gorda area.

Enjoyable time!!

Loved this property. It was so enjoyable the pool and we enjoyed fishing from the dock. We caught a bunch of catfish but we practiced catch and release. This home had everything needed. I would suggest purchasing an air fryer and a waffle iron for the kitchen. Thanks for having such a comfortable home.

Excellent Getaway that is private and quiet

Outstanding property that is well taken care of that was clean, quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the pool and fishing dock. Will rent again next year. Great communication with Dave throughout entire stay.
