The property is surrounded by nature in a residential area of the village s'Alqueria Blanca, with just over 1 000 inhabitants. It is a typical Mallorcan house was built according to the legend of one of the first settlers in 1500. It was completely restored in the original style of Mallorca 2014 faithfully.
The house has 200 m² of living space on two floors connected by a staircase. Downstairs is a brilliant entry into the living room, with two sofas and a TV with satellite and Freeview channels. This level is also the original kitchen, which now serves as a recreation room, and a spacious modern kitchen, with stove, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Here you are also a large wooden table with chairs for common meals. A guest bathroom with shower are at the bottom of the house also. Upstairs are three large bedrooms, each with two single beds (0.90 mx 1.90 m), but you can easily fit a double bed together. Two of the bedrooms also each have a wardrobe and share a bathroom with shower and bathtub, sink and toilet. The third bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a dressing room and balcony access. Also on this floor is a small living room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Note that the wireless connection in rural areas is not as fast sometimes, as in big cities.
The large terrace overlooking the surrounding area is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The property has a total area of 1 500 square meters and is planted with orange and fig trees. The property is adjacent to one side of a field and the other on a small street that is only little traffic.
This residential area is ideal for quiet walks and visits to cafes and restaurants (100 meters) from the city. A few kilometers you will reach two beautiful sandy beaches surrounded by pine forests. The small port of Porto Petro (about 5 km) also worth a visit. The weekly market in Santanyi is less than 4 miles away and offers many products in the region. In the city center there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a golf course Apotheke. Ein is 9 km away and a tennis court about 5 km away. The airport is about 51 km away.
