We are a professional couple in our (ahem) 50's with one ten year old Daughter. We spent a year looking for a property with a roof garden and another 6 months renovating it to a very high standard (Madeleine is an interior designer). We adore our home and are sure you will too.

Why The Owner chose Cannes
Because this apartment is beautiful with masses of outside space and high ceilings to all rooms, unlike many apartments this home has a roof garden that is accessed from the kitchen and affords beautiful views out to sea and hills in an almost 360 range. There is also a Cafe a few yards along Boulevard Montfeury and a newly opened public park 'Park Montfleury' with tennis courts and a huge swimming pool.
The French do this kind of thing really well and it is a wonderful addition to this attractive area . We now have wIfi on the roof garden which is a great addition.
What makes this apartment unique
Apart from the roof garden and terraces our home is within a few minutes walk to Rue d'Antibes and the Croisette and beaches which make it the perfect holiday venue or as a base for business people needing quick access to the Palais De Festivals and the many meeting places during the Cannes film festival and the many other events in Cannes. We have a garage if you want to park your car but we always find on street parking easier as it is not a joined area so no restrictions.
