The apartment was a good size, but it was extremely sparsely furnished. Bedrooms had mattresses and bed frames only. No chairs, night tables, or anything decorative in any way.
The kitchen was well equipped, but the hot water heater didn't work when we arrived and had to be repaired.
The neighborhood was pretty gritty and quite far from the beach... about a 30 to 45 minute walk. The public transportation was great though.
I paid the daily rate plus fees upfront, but when we arrived the woman who met is made us pay 180€ on the spot for "cleaning". That payment was not mentioned in any of the communications we had prior to arrival and felt like a shake down.
There is no air conditioning. Beware. At night, you have to choose between not being able to sleep because of the heat-- with windows closed, or not being able to sleep because of the noise from the street.
The biggest frustration was the difficulty in communicating prior to arrival. The owner gave us a number of a local woman to text about 30 minutes out. We texted and texted but got no replies. When we tried calling, the call wouldn't go though. I finally messaged the homeowner through VRBO who said our messages were being received. She never did reply to any of our texts, but we did finally get a call to her and arranged to pick up the key.
I can't recommend this place, unfortunately.
