On the ground floor: entrance hall, 1 master suite with 160x200 bed and 32 '' TV with bathroom, balneo-chromotherapy bath with storage cupboard and small lounge, separate toilet with mirror basin, 1 laundry room with washing machine drying linen, ironing board with steam generator, wine cellar, access to 1 studio consisting of a sleeping area with BZ 2 people and TV 28 '' with incorporated kitchenette (the studio can be independent with direct access to the outside by bay window but can also be used as a 4th bedroom by a second access giving directly into the house);

Great villa in a quiet spot within good range of local attractions

The villa was very well positioned, in a quiet spot of Montbazin (all of Montbazin is pretty quiet!) and 30 minutes' drive from Montpellier. It suited our group very well as a base for a cycle holiday, with really nice cycling roads within easy reach to the north and west of Montbazin. The villa itself was well kept, with lots of tech gadgets like a film projector and a music system that could play in multiple rooms. The swimming pool was a lovely feature and was much enjoyed during the warm weather on our stay. A good cooker and barbecue so we were able to enjoy cooking at home. We had one couple with a baby and there was a cot and high chair that suited them well. Our host Pierre was very helpful and prompt with replies - everything worked well. Recommended.

Great villa with all the home from needs

Had a fantastic fortnight- Pierre was a great host. Villa lovely and clean inside and by the pool. A few iffy weather days but we just loved staying the pool and enjoying the local area! We will be back!!

Très chouette villa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Montbazin. La maison est agréable avec de beaux espaces. Les propriétaires sont sympas, disponibles et attentifs aux demandes. Montbazin est un beau village avec une très bonne boulangerie et un magasin où l'on trouve les produits de base et même un peu plus. Un grand hyper se trouve aussi à proximité à Balaruc. L'accès à Montpellier se fait facilement dans un temps correct et la jolie ville Sète ainsi que l'Etang de Thau sont tout près.

Traumhaus in idyllischer und ruhiger Lage

Wir haben das Haus mit Freunden und unseren Kindern gebucht und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles ist mit sehr viel Herz eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Unser Lieblingsplatz war auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Gegend, eingebettet in die Natur. Der tolle Grill wurde täglich genutzt. W-LAN, Fernseher und Musik waren bei den Teenis beliebt. 2. Lieblingsplatz war um den Pool mit den tollen Palmen, alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betten waren auch sehr gemütlich, durch die herrliche Ruhe haben wir alle sehr gut geschlafen. Einziger Minuspunkt war als Gruppe die Badaufteilung. Es gibt nur eine separate Dusche und ein Whirlpool mit Duschmöglichkeit, welches in ein Zimmer integriert ist und 2 Toiletten, das aber nur als Anmerkung und keine Kritik. Bäckerin und kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich im Ortskern. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und Pierre war immer erreichbar, bei allen Rückfragen. Merci!
