Situated just a short drive from the town of Fraser and close to Winter Park, this beautiful, private mountain home takes you far from the hectic hustle and bustle of modern day life. Offering pure privacy, this home was built to help you & your dog (one allowed) enjoy the great outdoors. That's not to say that it shies away from a generous helping of luxurious trappings, including a glorious, light filled great room with a towering log fireplace, spacious game room with additional lounge and full size second kitchen, high-end kitchen with everything your chef would need and so much more!

Ready to rest easy? You'll love the plush King Primary Suite on the main level and second King Suite on the upper level, both with large ensuite bathrooms. You'll sleep like a baby in the King bedroom or the Queen bedroom, both on the upper level with a shared bathroom. Head downstairs for additional privacy to the third King Suite with Twin over Twin bunk bed and bunk room with a Full over Full bunk bed. All beds feature our premium hotel-style luxury linen package to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Designed to embrace the great outdoors, the home features expansive decks and patios with a large outdoor hot tub, natural gas grill and outdoor dining table for those alfresco summer feasts. It also features a 50 AMP Tesla Destination Charger for the energy conscious drivers with compatible electric vehicles. A perfect choice for family reunions and celebrations, 10 guests can be comfortably accommodated within this six bedroom beauty.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog which will be added at time of checkout.

Luxury Linen Package Included: This home has crisp, white duvet covers that are washed after every stay. Enjoy hotel-style bedding in the comfort of a home.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Second King Suite, King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, King Bedroom with Twin/Twin bunk bed, and Bunk Room with Full/Full bunk beds. Sleeps up to 14 guests.

- There is a steep driveway and/or access roads to this home that require 4WD in the winter
- Cell phone service is limited at this property location.
- The Devil's Thumb Ranch Cross Country ski trails are not for Ranch Creek Lodge guest use. If going for a nordic ski, please stay on the HOA maintained trails in the neighborhood. There is NO access to Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa (DTR) trails and property from the neighborhood HOA trails. To access Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa ski trails, you must drive to the resort via County Rd 83 and purchase a pass there.

Ranch Creek Lodge
Ranch Creek Lodge was perfect for our large family of three generations. All the bedrooms were comfortable and private, the large kitchen was great with ample counter space and plentiful equipment, the living area was very attractive and the lower level suite was the real bonus for grandchildren. All in all, it was a perfect space for us. We loved the private location with great mountain views. We hope to return!

As we drove into the valley, we were in awe of the beautiful surroundings and as we approached Ranch Creek Lodge, we collectively smiled. We had four families stay for a total of 14 people and there was plenty of room for everyone! The best part of booking with Winter Park/Steamboat Lodging is the incredible service we have had each time we have used them and this was no exception. The service team was extremely friendly and very helpful! We highly recommend hiring Chef Scott fort one night to spoil everyone with his cuisine and kindness. From the back deck to the hot tub to exploring the hill behind the house, this was one of the best experiences we've had. Highly recommend Igor for the Ropes Course too. Love supporting the local businesses. Thank you to Peggy again for all of your help throughout the process! See you next year! Charlotte
