5 Bedroom Villa (sleeps up to 14) with a Private Pool and Close to the Beach

Welcome to our home! Driving 25 minutes from Málaga Airport, 5 minutes from the center of Marbella and 15 minutes from Puerto Banús, you will find our spacious sunny villa with a private pool. Its proximity to the Rio Real golf course and the beach makes it a perfect choice for golf fans and beach lovers - the recently refurbished Trocadero Arena beach club is just 15 minutes' walk. The closest supermarket is Al Campo in La Canada shopping center which is just 5 minutes' drive. Due to its size, the villa is ideal for large groups of friends or families and for clients who want to be close to Marbella's famous golf clubs, beaches and night life.

Thirty nine steps lead down from the road level into its private garden with a private swimming pool - you will love chilling at the pool while preparing your BBQ dinner! The villa is all on one level with a large open plan lounge, perfect for spending time with friends if you want to hide from the ever-shining sun! There is SKY TV, a DVD player and Wifi is free of charge.

The villa has 3 separate wings. The first wing has 2 en-suite bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a king size bed and a walk in power shower. In the second wing of the villa there are 2 double bedrooms, both with twin beds, which share a bathroom with a walk in power shower. The third wing of the villa comprises guest cloakroom with a walk in shower, a third bedroom with three single beds put together with patio doors out and the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a 3 ring gas hob plus a ceramic hob, a wide Teka oven in addition to a normal size oven, dishwasher, side by side fridge freezer and microwave. Washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron with an ironing board are also available.

Outside there is a lovely garden with trees, flowers and a fountain. The pool is inviting with night lighting, you will love chilling at the pool with your glass of Spanish red wine. There are various terraces where you can sun-bathe during the day or dine during the night at the relaxing sound of crickets! Due to its proximity to the motorway the villa does suffer from traffic noise. However, it is not excessive and very easy to get used to. As the public transport in Costa del Sol is not very reliable, we do recommend our guests to rent a car, even though moving around by taxis is also possible and affordable.

Please note that the villa is best suited for 11-13 people occupancy. As described above, there are 4 double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and two additional supplementary beds can be installed in the main bedrooms. Our prices are based on 10-people occupancy and any extra person will be subject to an extra charge.

We are a Spanish-Czech couple who purchased this property, refurbished it and converted it into what was our home for 4 years. Unfortunately, we have had to move to Málaga for professional reasons. I am sure you will enjoy staying in the villa as we enjoyed living there.

The villa is in an excellent location. It has a lovely private garden, a pool and beautiful sunsets. Late afternoons in the villa are amazing. It is very spacious.. It is 5 minutes' drive from Marbella and 15 minutes' drive from Puerto Banus. Its proximity to Marbella's golf courses and beaches makes it a perfect choice for golf fans and beach goers.

Spacious and modern

A very spacious and modern property with plenty of space for a large family gathering. The garden and pool were kept immaculate by the gardener and there were plenty of chairs and tables outside to enjoy the good weather.

A lovely view over the sea and towards the mountains and although the close proximity of a busy road looked off putting initially it soon became something we grew used to. It certainly did not disrupt our enjoyment of the property.

The mosquitoes were a general nuisance in and around Marbella so do go prepared with insect repellant. Perhaps some plugs in the villa might be useful?

The owners could not have been more helpful with pre visit instructions and helpful,hints and supplied a cot and high chair as requested. No hesitation in replying to texts and emails too.

As we were at a family wedding our visits to restaurants were limited but we enjoyed tapas in Mijas and especially enjoyed a visit to Ronda.

Lovely villa for big families!!

Had a wonderful 9 nights at the villa with my family. There were 6 adults and 2 children and plenty more room for more guests! Pool was beautiful with fantastic views of the golf course!

The road is extremely near and a little noisy but you soon get used to it and it didn't ruine the holiday for us.

The hosts were so attentive and we're happy to help with any requests and questions we might have. Had a wonderful time!!

Very spacious,very clean excellent facilities very nicely decorated and plenty to do in the area

The property is very large and although there was only 7 of us you could easily have a lot more people stay. Having 4 bathrooms is ideal and all the communal areas where perfect for spending time together. We ate most of our meals in the garden as the view is lovely and the bbq facilities are great. The owners where very friendly and helpful and offered to even go to the supermarket for us. The villa is outside Marbella so nice and quiet but it is very easy to et into the main town and the beach is just a 10-15 minute walk. I could not recommend this property any more and we al agreed that we would definatlely stay here a gain

Hen Party Weekend

We have just returned from the most fabulous weekend in Marbella!

Jose - the owner, met us upon arrival and was lovely, he even took some of us to the local supermarket to get supplies for the weekend.

The villa itself is lovely and has everything you could wish for. There was 9 in our party and we had so much room.

Marbella town was a taxi ride away, but between a car full it was €5 each.

If there is a need will definitely be revisiting.

Superb Villa next to Golf Course

I was at the Villa with a group of golf clients. The Villa is superb and easily fits upto 10 people. From the house there is a great view overlooking the sea and golf course which you will not find so often in the area.

The furniture and bedrooms give a luxe impression making you feel really in comfort.

My clients are very demanding and liked the house very much.

Within a short ride all important places can be reached. The nearby beach club is ideal for dining as well.

As a PGA professional I have seen a lot of places, but I will definitely do my golf trips with customers again to this place next year.
