Second Line Apartment In Old Town Area

A beautiful spacious light and airy two bedroom Moorish apartment in the heart of the Casco Antiguo (old town) area of Villa Joyosa. Comprising of a good sized lounge with double sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds, kitchen and bathroom with shower. There are two small balconies, one to the lounge and the other to the kitchen. This is a top floor apartment easily accessible via two flights of stairs from a shared entrance. During fiesta time, the kitchen balcony is in a prime location to observe the local festivities. During the renovation of this much loved property, we have been sympathetic to the building in retaining its Moorish charm. The apartment has all the home comforts to make your stay an enjoyable one.

About Warren Willis & Simon Phillips

We are Simon and Warren the owners of our beloved Daisy. We have been visiting Villajoyosa after purchasing a property further down the coast. We knew that Villajoyosa was right for us as we loved the atmosphere and decided to buy in 2010. For us the resort has everything, we love the sophistication of the resort by day and night. For us the resort also benefits from the great nearby night life. Whist retaining Daisy's Moorish charm we have tried to add a flavour of our personality into her renovation.

Sehr schönes Appartment in Villayojosa

Das Appartment ist liebevoll renoviert und liegt zentral in der Altstadt von Villayojosa nur 3 Gehminunten zum sehr schönen und sauberen Stadtstrand. Wir waren als Familie dort und hatten genügend Platz in den beiden kleinen Schlafzimmern mit jeweils kleinem Doppelbett. Alternativ wäre noch ein Schlafcouch zur Verfügung gestanden. Das sehr wohnlich eingerichtete Appartment war ordentlich gereinigt. Der Empfang vom Vermieter Simon war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Schlüsselüber- und abgabe erfolgte unkompliziert. Bedingt duch die Lage des Appartements in der Altstadt nimmt man am regen Leben der Anwohner teil. Dieses empfanden wir als sehr interessant, auch wenn um 1 Uhr nachts bei offenem Fenster noch Gitarrenmusik und Stimmengewirr aus der Straße in das Schlafzimmer dringt. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Appartement weiter.

Great stay in VJ

Spotless apartment, literally 2 minutes from the beautiful beach and a string of really good restaurants. Agent on the ground is English - friendly and helpful.

The property is quirky, stylish interior decor and furnishing. Villa Joyosa has everything we needed plus. We will return

Charming and stylish apartment in the old quarter

Had a wonderful stay in 'Daisy' the apartment owned by Simon and Warren. No problems in booking or paying and their advice on taking the coastal tram to the resort was spot on. A very clean and well maintained traditional property in the heart of the old town near the beach and restaurants.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Casco Antiquo (Old Town) of Viillajoyosa which has been designated as a Spanish cultural heritage town. The apartment is second line back from the amazing sea front which has stunning blue flag beaches and amazing restaurants. The town can be easily reached from the airport by hire car within 30 minutes or local tram from Alicante in 50 minutes. Benidorm is within 15 minutes from Villajoyosa or a short taxi ride away. Villajoyosa has an excellent local tram service which enables you to explore this wonderful coastline. The resort is very popular with Scandinavian and French travellers to add to a truly european experience. The town is famous for it's production of Valor chocolate and therefore a trip to the Valor Museo Del Chocolat is a must. The amazing Les Fonts de l'Algar is within 20 minutes by car, a natural water park of spectacular waterfalls and springs where you can take refreshing swims in crystal clear waters, which is a must during your visit.

Upon arrival, you will be met by our house host. The cleaning fee of 50 Euros must be payable in cash in return for the keys to Daisy.

In addition, there is a refundable deposit of £100.00 for breakages. Upon departure and inspection, arrangements will be made to return this amount.

Bed linen and towels will be provided for your stay however we would ask that you bring your own beach towels.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
