Paradise awaits you in this spectacular 2150 square feet beachfront penthouse condominium. Our living room has over 45 feet of wide open ocean viewing. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed. Maximum Occupancy is 6 guests total. There are two couches which can accommodate a small child or two. We have a Laundry room off of one of the bathrooms with a Washing Machine and Dryer. Newly Remodeled Fully equipped Kitchen in 2019. There is a large TV with cable in the kitchen / eating area. Each bedroom has air conditioning and cable TV.
Watch gorgeous sunsets from your own private 400 square foot roof top terrace, wake up to the sounds of the surf outside your window, and walk to many tourist attractions from our front door.
Located in the popular beach town of Jaco, with an abundance of restaurants and shops.

Our beautiful Penthouse boasts spectacular views from almost every window, and the beach is in your front yard. We are truly Beachfront.

Let Costa Rica mesmerize you right from our living room. Relax poolside in one of 4 different pools in our complex. Wander the beach or hike into the rain forest. The complex is gated and has extra optional maid service plus we have a security guard on duty 24 hours a day. There are several parking spots in the condo complex.

Great Location and condo had everything we could need.

We had a nice stay and check-in was easy. Security even assisted with helping with our bags. Doors opened to a view of the beach and waves. AC in bedrooms. Enough space for more than just the 3 of us. We had everything we needed to cook meals. We didn't even have time to enjoy the top roof terrace that is private. Pools were a little on the warm side and not cooled, but we did other excursions that we didn't mind. Beware there is a $10/day parking that we were not aware about and was not listed in the vrbo listing. Owner had it refunded and took care of it promptly.

The host was helpful in every way.

The property is spectacular. Walls of windows with plants is give privacy. The upstairs veranda was perfect for viewing and listening to the surf. The two outdoor showers off of the master suite offered complete primary with the six foot torch blooms.

Beauty on the Beach

Beautiful property. Beyond spacious living/dining area. Well-appointed kitchen. Microwave was broken but a temporary replacement was delivered within hours of reporting it. Very responsive management. Temps were very high on day 3 and we retreated to the air-conditioned bedroom. Parking is across a narrow street, but not a bad walk from the car to the door. Right on the beach with a gorgeous view just as promised. Easy drive to all the action in Jaco. One restaurant on the beach was a two minute walk.

We have been very blessed with the warm and friendly local community as well as the beauty and majesty of the land. If you haven't had the chance to experience this part of the world, then now is the perfect time. If you have already been to this area, please come stay at our awesome uniquely beautiful penthouse.

Why they chose this property

We immediately fell in love with this penthouse due to the unique floor plan ---- a 45 foot wide open visual expanse to view the ocean compared to the typical condo which only has a 12 foot wide view. Our PRIVATE 400 square foot rooftop terrace with an unobstructed view of the ocean and mountains is an amazing place to watch the sunset as well as brilliantly clear star gazing at night. We have three HD flat screen televisions, one in each bedroom, while the larger television is in the main room.

What makes this property unique

The most unique and special aspect of our penthouse is the expansive view to the beach...we have over 45 feet of open viewing to the beach from our beautiful living room. You feel like you are outside while being in the comfort of your living space.
