Our home is a private, comfortable, clean farmhouse nestled in the heart of Nottawa ON.(Nottawa General, D&L's Variety LCBO, Dornoch Resaurant) Minutes from the amenities of Collingwood and many ski resorts and snowshoeing. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped, spacious kitchen, living/dining room, laundry. Gas furnace/internet/cable tv, snowplowing included. Huge yard, BBQ and lots of parking!

cozy comfortable farmhouse reno

This old farmhouse is beautifully renovated inside and very comfortable...an excellent place for a small family stay. The surrounding trees and underbrush create a private green space, while close to the main road, Collingwood and nearby stores and restaurants. The decks and porches are in need of updating and repair. It rained while we were there, so not much time outside anyway. The property is large and fun for children but needs gardening attention. Fun times picking berries for the grandkids and lovely indoor spaces made our vacation here very comfortable and homey. thanks Mary Ellen!

Lovely Cosy Cottage

Beautiful property, Very Homy, MaryEllen is very nice and accommodating. We had a great week that went by so fast! Proximity to Wasaga Beach is very good and the town of Collingwood is very pretty with nice outdoor patio restaurants ! Everybody was happy!

Amazing owner!

We experienced a personal hiccup (unrelated to the property) in the process of renting this farmhouse. MaryEllen was kind, understanding, generous, and downright amazing in her response and assistance. While we did not have the pleasure of actually meeting her, we wanted to commend her for her personal touch in dealing with her renters. Thank you, MaryEllen! I hope we pass your way again.

I am a retired teacher who enjoys sharing her home with people who would like a getaway to the Collingwood/Wasaga Beach area. There are so many things to see and do in our beautiful community like skiing, biking, golf, mountain climbing and water sports. The Elvis Festival is one of Ontario"s finest weekend getaways. Our home is perfect for 2 couples.
