Welcome to No. 74 Bovisand Park and after a good nights sleep wake to the sound of the seagulls. Take a deep breath of the clean sea air...and relax...start your holiday in a good place...
No. 74 is an ideal location to explore Devon, Dartmoor and Cornwall; walk the scenic South West coastal paths; enjoy a quiet family beach holiday; or simply ’escape from it all’.
The chalet is situated on the cliffs of the south west coast path overlooking the waters of Plymouth Sound. This cosy haven enjoys maximum sun during the day and stunning sunsets in the evening.
Bovisand Park is a private, gated community with chalets lining the cliffs and a café and small shop on site. Please note that this is not a commercial holiday park. The nearest village is Down Thomas, which has a pub (The Mussel Inn), post office and general store.
There is always plenty to watch as Plymouth (6 miles away) is a naval base, active port, fishing harbour, and a place for yachting.
No. 74's central position on the south west coast makes it the perfect location for exploring Devon and Cornwall - The Eden Project - St Ives Galleries - the pretty Dartmoor Villages - Dartmouth - Salcombe - the English Riviera - all within easy driving distance.
Ideally situated for easy access to the beach and the South West Coast Path, for all lovers of the countryside, artists, photographers, bird watchers and walkers.
No. 74, an ideal holiday stay for a couple or a small family.
The chalet has an open plan sitting room with a well equipped kitchen area with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, etc. There is a flat screen TV, DVD and stereo. We also have Economy 7 heating throughout.

This provides 2 singles or, combined together, the beds can become a double. The modern bathroom has a pump shower. Duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels are not included and guests should bring their own. There is a supply of duvets and pillows for your use.
The attractive rear patio garden has a table with chairs and sun loungers. The shed is also available for your use and provides additional storage.

Please contact us if there will be more than one car so that parking permits can be arranged. This will incur an additional charge of £3.00 per night. Departure 10am - Arrivals after 3pm.
No smoking or pets please. No barbeques are allowed either on the property or on the beaches.
The views were gorgeous. The chalet, whilst small was clean and well presented and thoughtfully equipped.
I would recommend and would return.
Thank you
Beautiful chalet, lovely views
I enjoyed the stay and the coastal walks but I would like to know why I never got answers on all my questions about bed linen, beds etc. before we arrived.
When will I be paid back the deposit?
Providing towels and bedlinen and a dishwasher would make the organisation much easier. The price for the two bedrooms is very high but I loved the view and the smell of the fresh wind.
This is a delightful seaside chalet well equipped in a stunning position. Although on a development one is not aware of the other chalets because of
the mesmerising sea view.
Highly recommended.
Great sea views and a brilliant position for coastal walking. Very cosy and well equipped chalet . Had a lovely break.
We loved this chalet. It was was warm, clean and comfortable. The views are amazing, it was lovely to sit and look out over Plymouth Sound and watch the boats. The coast path runs along the front of the property with lots of interconnecting paths, which makes for some fantastic walks.
We were on the beach one evening when we saw a stoat out hunting!
However, guests need to be well prepared, the site shop was mostly closed and the nearest shop is a good drive away. I had my groceries delivered by Tesco at the start of the holiday and so we were well provisioned.
