The first bedroom has a double bed, an integrated reading area with an sofa.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds or king size bed.

Excellent place to stay
I loved the property. The location was fantastic. It was secluded while still being close to everything. The property itself was well maintained and very clean. The owner greeted us and gave us a walk through of the property as well as arranged for a taxi to pick us up on our departure date. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great find - Non Touristy area
This property is amazing! Great little find for Oktoberfest - a quick 15-20 minute walk and you're there! In the middle of a great little neighborhood. The bus/train system isn't too far away so you have easy access. Great restaurants nearby too. Wonderful vacation apartment!

Beautiful apartment in Munich
This is a beautiful apartment - very comfortable for our family of 5 adults. On site parking at no cost. Two bus lines are very conveniently located to get to all major sites in a few minutes time. The neighborhood is wonderful with a great bakery across the street and several good restaurants very close by. The owner made us feel at home and gave us several great restaurant recommendations! We highly recommend this apartment!

Wonderful apartment - we loved our stay
The Damai apartment in Munich exceeded our expectations and did not disappoint in any way. The quality, the stylish decoration, the great location on a charming street, and the well functioning wifi all contributed to a perfect stay for me, my wife, our 2 kids and baby. The layout worked well for us. The bedrooms are all downstairs, and the stairs are a quite narrow spiral staircase, but there was a very useful gate at the top of the stairs to keep our baby safe. We also liked the washer and dryer. We were met upon arrival and the check in was very friendly and quick. A few very minor suggestions for the owner would be to provide more bath towels and more plates and bowls in the kitchen. Apart from that, there's nothing I'd suggest changing. For anyone who plans to stay at Damai and has a rental car (as we did), you'll find it difficult to find a parking spot directly in front of the apartment, especially at night, but we always found a spot on the street within a 5 minute (very safe) walk. We really liked the hip cafe next door, Zimt, which had great cakes, pretzels and coffee to go. The larger bakery across the street was convenient though it had more of a chain feeling. The restaurant Bavarese across the street was great for the whole family, with pizzas as well as Bavarian food served by very friendly, cool servers who spoke perfect English. My wife and I are fluent in German but the kids are not, and the people in the neigborhood were very accommodating in speaking English. So overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Damai and look forward to coming back.

terrific apt.; highly recommended
Beautiful apt. Brand new/recently renovated. Decor all in good taste, and high quality. Spotlessly clean. Pictures do not give it justice. Comes with a parking spot -- a rarity. Owner is very nice / helpful. We are a family of 4 -- we would recommend to our friends. Note-- to get to the bottom floor where the bedrooms are you need to go down a spiral staircase. (so large luggage will be a problem.) We loved it.
