Two Bedroom House On A 10.000 m2 Garden Property With Direct Views To The Sea

Here it is possible to enjoy the silence, the sights to the sea and a few gardens full of style and captivation. Probably the mostly cosy corner is its elegant swimming pool and the outdoor lounge, inviting to enjoying languidly the sunny winter afternoons and the sunsets during the rest of the year. The swimming pool is of your exclusive use. The principal house is used by the owners only in summer, dates in which the house is not rented. The house that is to rent, is independent it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and a beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture. The Estate has in addition, spectacular corners in which you will enjoy reading and the views to the sea. WiFi (not very fast but just correct) .

Paradise Holiday Heaven

Isabel and Antonio, the owners of this wonderful property, were charming. An amazing welcome pack with lots of local produce, including wine. The garden is a relaxing oasis, so peaceful and quiet, with lots of special places to watch and listen to the birds and a balcony overlooking the sea. The property was very clean and well equipped and the new kitchen/diner perfect for your evening meal. One of the best hoildays we've had in this part of the Canary Islands. Thank you Isabel and Antonio for allowing us to share your lovely summer home.

Amazing paradise

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks and both enjoyed the quality of the house and most of all the incredible garden. Many many places to sit and relax and enjoy the total peace and quite. Just the birds and the sea to listen to.lovely owners met us showed us around and left us with a really nice welcome pack . Would definately return if we could choose the weather. Thanks so much.

Botanic Wonderland

We absolutely loved this place! Part of a much larger rural property, which the owners use as their summer retreat, we had the place to ourselves for 10 blissful days in late January. Of course, the beautiful (and perhaps not entirely typical!) winter weather helped, but notwithstanding, the secluded setting, stunning tropical gardens, peace & tranquility, and character accommodation all combined to make our stay very special indeed. And, all within easy reach of Puerto de la Cruz, and many other local attractions.

OK, a car is needed to get anywhere, the beautiful swimming pool is unheated, and the accommodation couldn't be called 5 star by any stretch of the imagination. However, these 'gripes' becomes somewhat irrelevant when counter-balanced against the truly unique nature of this wonderful property. Garden lovers particularly will be impressed with the flair and imagination that the owners have put into creating what can only be described as a tropical paradise, with an amazing variety of trees, shrubs, and hard landscaping that includes paved walkways throughout, an incredible array of pots, pithoi, and ornaments, and characterful garden buildings throughout.

On a more mundane level, the welcome grocery 'pack' left by the owners, which included wine, beer, fruit juice, bread, ham, cheese, and a huge bowl of [mainly] tropical fruit from the gardens, was also a much appreciated gesture. All in all, a wonderful and unique experience - highly recommended.

A beautiful Villa with stunning gardens, pool and conservatory creating the most relaxing ambience.

The property provided the backdrop to an incredibly relaxing holiday in a fabulous location. The owners were kind enough to provide food and wine on arrival, enabling a quiet first evening which set the tone for the week ahead. The beauty and elegance of the endless botanical gardens created a reluctance to leave the premises for a large majority of the stay. The grounds are so private and unique we rarely felt the need to venture out. There is a splendid pool area and a glorious cliff-top view overlooking a quiet beach which is within easy walking distance. A car is recommended although bus routes are close by. On the whole a truly wonderful experience in the most beautiful location.

A charming house in a beautiful park

We stayed there Dec/Jan. and enjoyed 'spring weather'. The house is nicely and well equipped. The huge garden is really great and offers a lot of different places to sit and relax, to eat and drink, to read, to enjoy view or to swim etc. The kind owner couple supported us with maps, hints where and how to go and what to see and last but not lease with a filled fridge, fruits and wine to get started very well. What ever you wish to do or where to go for sightseeing, nothing is very far, but you will need a car.

Tropical paradise

We stayed in this villa for 4 days over Christmas 2015 as a couple with our two girls. The unit is incorporated into a beautiful house set within a big tropical garden, with lots of corners and seating areas to enjoy the garden either alone with a book or with friends for lunches and dinners. The lovely owners met us and took their time to show us around the unit and the garden. The unit is very tastefully furnished with again more seating areas, inside and out. The unit is very well equipped and even the fridge was well stocked with fruit, butter, milk, cheeses, a bottle of wine and more. There are two bedrooms with four single beds, the only downside as it would have been great to have a double bed for the parents. The property lies within banana plantations, so very quiet, but equally very close to Socorro beach, and by car only 5 - 10 minutes to the major shopping centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The best part of the north coast is easily accessible and we also spent one day at the Siam Water Park on the south coast, which is only an hour's drive away. We enjoyed our stay a lot and look forward to returning!

It is very rare to find a house to rent in Tenerife so close to the sea, on a quiet area but easy access to the beach, to quiet corners, paths to walk trough. The area is protected because its beauty, we are very proud of it. Enjoy the real Tenerife on a comfortable way.

  • This is an ideal place to take the advantage of the Canary Islands weather, which helps you to spend a lot of time sitting outdoor, including on winter time, where you can enjoy outdoor breakfasts or enjoy a cup of tea on the afternoon, as in winter it does not get dark until 19:00 h. From April, you can also have outdoor evening meals. But there are so many restaurants on the area, some sophisticated, but most of them simple ones -very reasonable prices- that you might like to enjoy them all.
