These variety of Double studios are located on multiple floors and come with double beds, central heating, fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, small table with chairs, television. and sofa.

Please note we can provide an air mattress for a third person on the floor at an extra cost.

Please request if you have any issue with stairs as no lift in the building.

The kitchen areas come with fitted cupboards and worktops, 2 hobs, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster, washing machine and dryer and dishwasher.

Free wifi and access code given on arrival.

The fully equipped bathrooms have shower with WC, wash basin with mirror and bath.

The property is situated within 5 minutes walk from Marble Arch station and close to Edgware Road and within 20 minutes walking from Paddington mainline station (with a 20 minute connection to Heathrow Airport).

ID such as a passport or driving license will be requested upon check in.

The check in time is between 2:00 pm -23:00 pm. but

Early check in available on request . Late check in is possible after 23pm but there is a £20 fee to collect keys outside these hours from the night porter.

The check out time is from 10:00am

Excellent location and clean apartment

We booked this studio with London Holiday Studios in January for our recent stay. The flat was exactly as described,clean and easy to check in. Close to shops and transport. We had a small issue with the heating one night but called the night manager and was resolved straight away. We would come and stay again.

Bonne sit. géo, état du studio très moyen

Très bonne situation géographique, 1h à pieds de Soho. C'est le seul point positif de ce studio. Attention, les photos présentées ne sont pas représentatives. Propreté douteuse de l'ensemble. La douche, dans la baignoire ne possède pas de flexible et semble très entartrée, la cuvette des WC n'est pas propre. Le lit est constitué de 2 matelas posé sur un sommier de lit convertible, impossible d'y dormir, nous avons dormi sur un des matelas posé par terre. De plus, le chauffe eau se met en route toute les 8 secondes et fait énormément de bruit. Boules Quiès obligatoires !

Owner's Response: The Review is False and not accurate. The guest checked in on the 18/03/17 and left on 21/03/17 . -The flat has been booked before at all times , we had no complaints about anything from the previous tenants. -The porter checked him in on Saturday. Given that there were many issues in the flat, the customer was welcome to contact him as soon as any of them occurred. (Checked my emails, spoke to porter, never did he received a call regarding any problems noted above) -The state of the flats are inspected before the check in, it is not possible that it was that dirty as said. Also, if the flat is not up to the customer’s standards, we are always happy to receive a call and send the cleaner asap. - Regarding the bed, yes it is lift up bed, however we haven’t had a complaint about it from the previous clients. Please note that every complaint we get during the stay, we take very seriously and react by fixing the problem if it is possible. Unfortunately when the notes are given after the check out, we cannot help in any way. We politely emailed the guest to ask for evidence and pictures for reference but alas never received a kind reply. Kind regards Senior management

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

The perfect apartment is situated within the three reliable tube stations, -Marble Arch, Paddington and Lancaster Gate which makes travelling easy.

Walk down Bayswater road and you will enter into London's famous Park –Hyde Park and with its stunning Italian Gardens,. ~Other places close by included the Albert Memorial, Serpentine Gallery, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Diana's fountain

Take the apposite direction and with short walk along Connaught Street you will find yourself on Edgware Road with its famous Middle Eastern Cuisine, late night Shisha Cafes and the Odeon cinema where you can watch the latest new films.

Marble Arch is with in easy walking distance to the Edgware Road and once you get to Marble Arch it leads directly to the most popular shopping street ---Oxford street, followed by Regent Street , Bond Street, Old Bond Street and the notorious China Town.

The building is situated with in minutes walk from Marble Arch tube station.

The apartments is located in a beautiful listed Victorian building, off a quiet side-street close to Hyde park crescent and New Connaught Street.

In order to secure a reservation we require a deposit of £100 and can be paid via credit or debit card via our reservations number during office hours which is deducted from the total cost of the booking. A booking of less than 3 nights then the full balance will be charged.

We also offer a secure online payment option via pay pal with a 2% surcharge fee and an invoice can be sent to pay in this method on request.

Please note we can offer discounted rate for longer stays and if you want to pay the full balance in advance with no cancellation policy. Please enquire for these rates.

We have a 2 weeks cancellation policy. All bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the Commencement date, will be non-refundable. other cancellations which are over 2 weeks from the arrival date are refundable but are subject to the owners discretion.
Rates may be subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking
Rates for christmas and new years will be more expensive than advertised.
