About the property

A beautiful family beach home. A gorgeous retreat for all the family and pets.

Sea house is a gorgeous sea front family home with beautiful, unspoilt panoramic sea views, set within a very quite small private estate. Although the position is really quite and safe with no through road, perfect for families ,the house is minutes from some good restaurants, shops, cafes and sports amenities and only an hour and half from London. The kitchen is really well equipped, with a double range oven, lots of lay off space, well equipped kitchen cupboards, great for cooking up a big family feast. We have owned the house for years and it is a real home from home, full of books, board games, toys, beach toys, fishing nets and buckets, spades, children's high chair, push chair and travel cot. The train station is a fifteen minute walk with great connections to London Victoria, Southampton, Portsmouth, Arundel with the some lovely restaurants, shops, the castle and lido swimming pool. The house is within easy reach of many wonderful places West Sussex has to offer including GoodWoood Rival and festival of speed being one of the many events being arranged throughout the year.

Dining room with single bed (for +1) and pull-out bed (for +1), and French doors to garden. Well-equipped kitchen with gas range (for cooking) and tiled floor. Utility room with washing machines and two tumble dryer. A large Wet room with toilet.

First floor: Living room with French doors to balcony. One Double bedroom with 5ft bed and additional single bed, one double bedroom with sea views. third bedroom with bunk beds and sea views. A family Bathroom with over the -bath shower and toilet.

Second floor: Large double front bed room with sea views and TV, 2nd double bedroom with 5ft bed and additional single bed, with 3rd bathroom.

The house is a wonderful retreat any time of the year, whether it be enjoying the lovely front garden with BBQ facilities and the children scampering on to the lawn or in the colder months with the cosy sitting room with open fire and plentiful of walks and local attractions to visit.

About Sian Irvine

West Sussex is a beautiful region and what a wonderful county to be have grown up in. I have lived in West Sussex with a little gap year(s) in Hackney London working as a freelance food photographer....and now flow back and forth from the big city to the West Sussex coast. There are so many little gems of places to visit I would really like to share with guests.

Sian Irvine purchased this house in 2007

Why Sian Irvine chose West Sussex

The breathtaking sea views, a total enchanting house that is unique. A beautiful sea front house only an hour an half from London....The house sits directly on the beach, only the promenade separates the house from the sea, no roads in front, just wonderful panoramic sea views.

What makes this house unique

Breathtaking sea views where you can watch the sun rise and sun set. A completely unique quirky home with tons of character, that absorbs and welcomes families and friends alike.

Gorgeous House right on the sea front

  • 5 of 5

This house is absolutely as beautiful as the pictures. I stayed here with a big group of friends and all were amazed at what a great find it was. The whole house is very light and spacious and beautifully clean and well kept. It's in a great location, a short walk from the town centre, right on the beach. The kitchen is really well equipped, and there are nice little touches everywhere. Sian has really thought of everything you might need for a big group. There are plenty of games, books, towels and loads of storage space.

The owner Sian is lovely, and very easy to communicate with. We had a supermarket delivery which she had packed away before we arrived. She gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and directions for getting there and where to park.

I would highly recommend staying at Sian's place. I know we all want to go back!

Wonderful stay

  • 5 of 5

Property was as described and was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the Christmas tree and other festive items. Everything worked well. We enjoyed the beach walks and nearby restaurants and cafes. It was also ideal for a dog in terms of wooden floors and beach access. We were a family party of 12 and the accommodation worked well.

Lovely house and great location for the beach

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely weekend in this house (13 of us in total). We had one day of crazy storms and a beautiful sunny day and it was fun for both! House is well equipped with games and equipment and the owner and housekeeper were super helpful and answered any questions we had really quickly.

If anyone is considering time in Bognor I'd definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful home right by the sea

My friends, family and I had a lovely stay at Sian's home right by the sea. The home was kept impeccably clean with plenty of space for all of us. Sian had prepared a lovely list of restaurants which was invaluable. We will certainly be back.
