Situated on top of a hill, which is a peninsula, in a dreamlike scenery, that couldn’t be more fitting: white, sandy beaches suitable for children, a magnificent garden with a beach sand Yoga terrace and sun-soaked terraces with panoramic sea views.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION:

Villa Wu Wei has unlimited views towards the Mediterranean Sea, including the glamorous island Tagomago, rented by the rich and famous (Cristiano Ronaldo, Ronnie Wood, etc)

225 degrees sea views, also include the Cala de Sant Vicent beach on the right, opposite the pine-clad hills surrounding the bay and the beach Agua Blanca and Figural.

During the summer you will be able to take photos of the super yachts who anker in the bay.

These changing views will present something new every day.

Since the beach is close, either a leisurely 12 minute walk down the hill or a scenic 3 minute drive, where you, whatever tickles your fancy, can enjoy typical Spanish dishes in the many renowned Ibicenco restaurants from Cala san Vicente.

The secret to why this peninsula mountain is in demand by famous neighbours including Rock star Campino, TV star "Atze Schröder", two well-known ministers of Spain and a famous German architect …. is due to its secluded and exclusive sea views and the enjoyable year-long temperatures. The average temperature is 7º C cooler than the Ibiza countryside in peak Summer due to the cooling effect of the surrounding sea and 6º warmer in low season when the sea is warmer then the air.

THE GREAT OUTSIDE:

Wide and shallow stairs lead you from the street to the villa. Not suitable for wheelchairs.

1. At the shady upper terrace near the entrance hall, breakfast can be enjoyed whilst admiring the truly enchanting sea views.

Also the perfect place to finish your fabulous day: uncork a bottle of wine while the fragrant Mediterranean scents fill the air and the water of the bay bathes in the moonlight, this gives a calming atmosphere and an impressive scenic setting.

2. Steps going down from the upper terrace to the GAS-lava stone BBQ, for healthy cooking.

3. The large sun terrace has sunlight throughout the year from sunrise to sunset due to its unique location on this mountain and is high in demand for Ibiza wedding venues:

___a. The infinity whirlpool for 6 people has been totally renewed in 2017 with a non-chlorinated salt water filter system. As a result, it is also suitable for children who suffer with asthma or chlorine allergy. The whirlpool water always flows over the side circulating between the whirlpool, reservoir and 500 kg sand filter and carton filter. It is warmed by direct sunlight to provide the perfect temperate to cool off in the hot summer months. NOTE: the average temperature will be slightly higher compared to an unheated pool due to its smaller size.

___b. The bar on the left overlooking the whole terrace has a large fridge, freezer and wine cooler.

___c. Outside shower

The beach sand yoga terrace surrounded by a rock garden is a re-creation area for the entire family with wonderful sea views, a place ideal for relaxing with a book in the hammock or sunbathing under a natural sunscreen by the leafs of the pine tree on those sunny Ibiza days. This property accommodates max. 8 GUESTS older than 24 months: of these a maximum of 6 guests OLDER than 12 years.

---Rental rates are based on a BASIC GROUP SIZE of 4 GUESTS/people older than 24 months;

---WHEN MORE THAN 4 guests: the online rental rate calculation by the bookingchannel increases automatically by 15€/night/person older than 24 months above 4 guests. Magical Views Peaceful Location

I have stayed at this property twice. The owner is outstanding. He is passionate about running a high quality accommodation. His communication is excellent and he is quick to remedy any issues that come up during a visit. The views from the outside pool area and the small private hillside relaxation space above and away from the main house are phenomenal, romantic, serene and stunning. I spend almost all my time outside as a result, enjoying the views. The house is clean and simple. Eating areas are located outside in the breeze, whilst the kitchen and spacious clean bedrooms are inside. The house also has a nice living area and a cool retro stereo sound system to use. The pool area is really well designed for big social gatherings although I have never used it this way, preferring to enjoy the solitude and scenery with my friends. San Carlos is a great, clean, quiet little town with a fantastic beach and some bars/restaurants. Further afield you have all the exciting attractions of Ibiza. You definitely will require a car to enjoy your stay at this property and there is a bit of driving involved to reach bigger supermarkets, clubs and tourist areas. This is never a problem for me because the natural beauty and solitude of this property very much compensate for the extra time driving. I strongly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again.

The nearby beach and views are very exciting. 15 min walk to beach, 5 min by car is one of the best in Ibiza. The villa has everything you need. Our family and my friends really enjoyed the stay in this villa. Hope to visit it again!

Outstanding

This property is outstanding in every way.

The owner is very professional and attended to every detail promptly and efficiently.

The view from the property is perfectly amazing. With stunning seascapes, moon rises, sun rises; and although the property faces south and east, even sunsets are stunning.

The house has a very large outdoor terrace that is equally perfect for quiet contemplation or for entertaining a large party, and features an outdoor bar, a sound system as well as a cold water tub for cooling off on hot afternoons. On a raised terrace, there is a covered dining area perfect for meals, whilst enjoying magnificent views and cool breezes. Indoors, the house features nice and well furnished living, cooking and sleeping spaces although most will spend little time there as the outdoor area is simply too spectacular. The bedrooms provided cool and comfortable sleeping conditions.

Additionally, there is a small sandy lookout on a small elevation above and away from the main outdoor terrace with a sunbed and hammock under the shade of trees. It is yet another stunning feature of this property, perfect for intimate moments and solitude.

The location of the property in the northeast of Ibiza places it farther away from town and some attractions like the clubs. However, it is close to nice beaches and the new super mercado at Sta. Eularia. Thanks to its location the property more than makes up for the extra distance traveled in quiet and seclusion, far from the crowds and chaos. Ibiza is not so large anyway and personally I did not find the extra distance to reach the northeast coast troublesome in the least.

Perfect venue for our wedding with spectacular views

The villa is set high up on the hill side giving amazing views of Cala Sant Vicente below and has very beautiful grounds where we had our small ceremony. We catered for 40 people eating and drinking during the day with 3 chefs in the kitchen (which is a little small but they managed fine) and one on the barbecue outside. 70 people for the evening do with ample space and although we brought in our own sound there was an ample system for music inside and outside. Wim made the whole booking process very simple and was on hand at all times in case of any issue of which there were fortunately none. We added some simple decorations to top it off but in its basic state it still would have been a wonderful venue for a wedding. We were also very pleased with the value of the booking. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to hold a small wedding or just to stay somewhere with the best views on the island.

# PROPERTY CLEANING & LINEN+TOWELS:
• Are offered to you by a Cleaning Company
• cleaning Company has no monetary involvement/participation in rental amount
• cleaning contract is between Tenant & Cleaning Company
• END Cleaning Fee; Standard price up to 4 Persons* is 250€ + each EXTRA Person* above 4 increases this by 24€
= Total to be paid in cash at check-in to Cleaning Company and includes:
_Preparing property & bedrooms within 24h before check-in
_1 set/Person* of sheets & towels with a min. of 4 sets/booking (double bed sleeps 2 Persons*)
*Person =adult, child or baby

End Cleaning fee does not include:
__mid stay cleaning which is at 15€+VAT/h, with a min. of 3 hours per visit. Please inform us at least 24h in advance of the day suitable for cleaning and number of cleaning hours required
Provision of services is as per Article 51 of Law 6/de2017, of July 31


BALEARIC LAW DECRETO LEY 2/de2016:
Tax amount may be between 1€ & 0,25€/day/person >16 years of age (subject to changes in law) paid at check-in
Tenant has to pay this Tax applicable at the time of check-in.
