Located right on the Prince of Wales Pier its an ideal location to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty but with a bustling town on the doorstep. This newly developed holiday flat has everything you need to relax and feel at home the minute you arrive.
With an allocated parking space behind electronic gates you can leave the car for the week and walk! There are a wonderful choice of shops, restaurants and galleries just a few steps away and various boats and Ferries sailing directly from the Pier outside the front door to Flushing , St Mawes, Helford and Trellisick Gardens.
Located on the second floor and with underfloor heating throughout, No. 10 has a private entrance hall leading into an open plan living area. Furnished with 2 comfortable leather sofa’s, a flat screen TV, a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer dryer and a dining area with table and chairs.
A patio door opens out onto the sunny terrace with a table and chairs, the perfect spot to rest and enjoy the views after a hard day exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.
The fully tiled bathroom has a large bath with shower over, heated towel rail, large bath with shower over and wc.
The double bedroom with king size bed has plenty of storage with a chest of drawers and wardrobe, and has a wall mounted TV with DVD player. Guests can enjoy views over the pier and across the water to Flushing from the window allowing the bobbing of the boats to be enjoyed from the comfort of the bed; a wonderful way to start the day!
The Cuddy is an ideal bolthole for couples looking for a central location with parking. The apartment is modern and clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in this wonderful harbour town.
Guests are advised that this is a second floor apartment accessed via a stairway and is therefore unsuitable for those with restricted mobility.
The town centre location does mean that on occasion some background noise may be audible.
Travelled down by train. 20-25 minute walk from Falmouth Town station. Should have ordered a taxi as it was quite a hike pulling a heavy case and bags through the town full of shoppers and tourists. When we got to the apartments, we found the lift was out of order. Fortunately with a struggle, we managed the 3 flights of stairs. This is the only complaint we had about our stay. Everything else was spot on and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Would certainly stop again in the future.
The apartment was clean and bright, and the town centre location was perfect. Parking was behind very secure electric gates, but once we had arrived we hardly used the car - everything was within walking distance. Get the ferry to Flushing and St Mawes - great fun! Booking process was efficient - we will definitely use you again and recommend our friends too. Thanks for a great week!
Ausstattung in Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer ist vollständig und zweckmäßig.
Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnraum sind zu tief und zu weich. Der Lift ist seit längerer Zeit defekt. Der Aufgang über eine Metalltreppe ist unschön und sieht ärmlich aus. Die Gerüche dort waren unangenehm. Das Parken des Autos war unproblematisch.
The Cuddy is located in the centre of town enabling guests to park your car in the secure car park and enjoy a week on foot!
Within minutes of the apartment you will find fantastic pubs and restaurants, independent shops and galleries including bakery, deli's and a Tesco Metro.
Ferries and boats leave from the pier on the doorstep travelling to Flushign, St Mawes, Truro and Helford. Boat trips for fishing, dolphin watching or sightseeing are also available.
Many beautiful beaches (20 mins walk, 5 mins car) and Gardens (15 mins) surround the town.
