Luxury 2 bedroom apartment with stunning mountain views 55m2

This comfortable and spacious apartment within a chalet offers luxury accommodation. The attractive wood and stone chalet enjoys peace and quiet, although it is close to the traditional village of Les Coches.

The accommodation features a light and airy lounge with high vaulted ceiling, 42 inch flat screen TV and X box games console, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with Samsung combination microwave, grill and convection oven, a separate 38 litre oven and full size dishwasher. Double bedroom with king size bed en-suite shower, twin bedroom, family bathroom and separate toilet. Two sets of French doors lead from the lounge to the large balcony with stunning views of the valley and Mont Blanc.

There is access to the swimming pool, sauna and steam room, located in the main building. There is also a laundry room (coin operated) in the main building adjacent to the chalet. The chalet is close to the village centre and only a few minutes walk to the Plan Bois ski lift, from which there is easy access to the Vanoise Express cable car linking La Plagne to Les Arcs effectively doubling the size of the accessible ski area. Free WIFI in the apartment.

The apartment is superbly located for both winter and summer holidays.

Why Michael Marshall chose La Plagne area

Having visited Les Coches many years ago we fell in love with the area and all it has to offer. We chose our apartment as it is in a beautiful village setting, centrally located in one of the largest ski domains.

What makes this apartment unique

The chalet/apartment is in a great location within a few minutes walking distance to the traditional Savoyard village centre with a range of restaurants and shops and is close to the Plan Bois ski lift. Centrally located in the Paradiski area it is a perfect base from which to explore the area.

Good time in this apartment

We had really great time in this apartment. It was cute and clean.

It's near the middle of the village and the ski lift.

The contacts with Mr Marshall were quick and help full.

For the residence, we were a little disappointed by the spa and swimming pool area. For the spa, just the sauna was working (no hammam and jacuzzi) and we found this area very old and dirty (at the end of the day).

Of course we know this was not the owner's responsability but we paid also for this...

I would recommend this rent to my friends and family. And I also hope to come back again next time.

fantastic appartement!

the appartement was great, very well decorated and very spacious with is quite rear at the ski! we were 6 and everyone enjoyed his privacy.

Very well equipped too, only a short walk to the lift, all on one of the best ski area : what else to say?

Super chalet très confortable, rien ne manque

Pour les futurs locataires, j'aimerais vous dire que cette location est dans les mieux que j'ai eu depuis que je pars au ski, et cela fait 25 ans que j'y vas.

Le chalet est tres confortable et tres spacieux. Une grande TV ecan plat, une console de jeux Xbox , un PC portable pour allr sur internet et il y a aussi le wifi.

Les serviettes de bain sont a disponibilité ainsi que des jeux de societe, livre , materiel de ski " casque, gant " . Le chalet a un acces gratuit à la piscine. IL n'est pas loin des remonté de ski , 5 min à pied. Pres du centre ville.

Je vous conseille vivement de louer ce chalet.

Brilliant Apartment

This is a top quality apartment with high end furniture and appliances. It is a very clean and cosy place. The beds are very comfortable including the sofa bed (which cant be said for all the places i have stayed) There are great views of the mountains from the balcony which also gets the sun for chilling out. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the village but it is still close enough to all the amenities. Its in a great location for the La Plagne/Les Arcs ski areas which offer lots of skiing for every level of skier/boarder. Apartment is only a couple of minutes walk from the bars and restaurants in this lovely village and although mainly a family resort there is still enough to keep the groups happy.Owner was very easy to deal with and made booking a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place and we will be back.
