In Quinta Herminia we propose a different vacation model that implies tranquility and exclusivity in the residential area of Somió, 2 km from the center of Gijón.

The occupancy of the house is 13 people with the possibility of a cot or extra bed in the rooms (maximum 15 people).

The house is divided in two floors
 
Low level:

- Entrance hall.
- Independent room with double sofa bed.
- Dining room of approximately 120 m2 distributed in different environments.
- Toilet area and shower.
- Kitchen fully equiped.

Upper floor:

- Distribution hall.
- Four double bedrooms with full bathroom.
- One bedroom with three bunk beds.

The outside area of the farm has a large garden with illuminated tent, tables, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue and external connection for electric iron to enjoy lunch and dinner outside.
