QUIET AIR-CONDITIONED GITE WITH 2 BEDROOMS AND THEIR PRIVATE BATHROOM

Classified 4 stars in the tourist accommodation of the city of Avignon, the cottage is in the countryside but very close to the city center (4.5 km).

It consists of a fully equipped open kitchen.
On the ground floor and upstairs, a bedroom with its bathroom and toilet.
The upstairs bedroom has a seating area, it opens onto a roof terrace with a view of the countryside.

The cottage is equipped with a reversible air conditioning. IT adjoins our house but we each have our own entrance and are
really all independent.

You can easily park your vehicle.

An excellent convenient rural retreat

Location - quiet but within 5 minutes of all essential amenities. Within easy reach of Avignon and a good central point for touring the area. Car an essential requirement. Cottage - equipped to a very high standard & spotless. Chantal was a very welcoming & helpful hostess. Stairs could prove awkward for some guests if needing to use the second bedroom suite. Silly thing -could have done with a few more mugs for our English cups of tea!

Immaculate with lovely attention to details

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Chantal was very welcoming and considerate about the needs of her guests. Her thoughtful touches, such as the home-made jam, juice, fresh flowers and useful information about the local area were much appreciated. The villa is immaculately clean with a new and fresh feel to it. It has two spacious bathrooms, a contemporary kitchen and a great roof terrace that was terrific for star gazing! It’s very well-equipped with lovely attention to detail in terms of comfort and relaxation, including basic kitchen provisions (eg cooking oils, condiments and cleaning products), books for children, board games and table tennis. It is conveniently located for Avignon, nearby shops and supermarkets, and a good base for exploring the sites of Provence. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Avignon

Wir hatteneine richtig gute Zeit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Wohnung ist schön. Sie liegt etwas ausserhalb, aber wir waren mit e-bikes in 20 Minuten im Zentrum vin Avignon. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wahrscheinlich wieder.

Le gîte est magnifique Que ce soit l’intérieur ou l’extérieur 2 chambres avec le salle de bain et wc séparés respectifs une grande pièce à vivre est une propreté irréprochable et idéalement situé 👍👍👍 Chantal est très accueillante et sympathique Nous recommandons vivement ce très bel endroit Si nous avons l’occasion nous y retournerons sans problème .
