A 3 Bed/2bath Penthouse Apartment With 2 Terraces , 1 Covered And 1 Open

The apartment is furnished to a high standard it has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and the 3rd with 2 single beds. All beds have memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and ice maker.

There is a large living room with a 52 inch TV, DVD and wifi is available free of charge.

The apartment has 2 terraces. One covered terrace faces south east and the other south west. So the apartment gets morning sun and afternoon sun from 2 aspects.

There are 2 bathrooms one with twin showers and his and hers sinks and a family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower.

The property has 2 allocated car spaces in the secure underground car park.

Great space, all mod cons, perfect!

I travelled 7th August with my husband and 2 sons aged 19 and 16 - all three of them 6ft+ and there was plenty of room in the apartment. Clean and well equipped - aircon; wifi; TVs in every room if that's your thing; coffee machine; washing machine etc. Quiet building. Great location - 10 minute stroll into centre of Lagos or to marina. Plenty of shops and restaurants. The balcony outside the master bedroom is spacious with umbrella; chairs and sofa and 4 sun loungers - it gets the sun all day. Another balcony off the lounge has dining table and chairs and is a lovely shady place. Cafe Fresco just across the street is perfect for breakfast and lunches and there's a Pingo Doce supermarket 5 minute walk from the apartment. Key collection etc all straightforward. Keith, the owner called one day to make sure all OK for us and Steven from the management co called round to unlock the safe after my husband locked it without following the instructions....Bed linen and towels changed half way through 12 day stay.

Fabulous family friendly Penthouse apartment!!

We have been coming to Portugal for many years and have stayed in this apartment 3 times now... we love it so much we keep coming back. The apartment is like a home away from home with all the creature comforts you need for a family. The location is perfect, a short walk to the Marina, town and bus stop if you want to explore other areas without a hire car.

The owners are a delight to deal with and there is a property management company to handle any issues while you are there.

We couldn't recommend this apartment enough.

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you would need for a family holiday, we are already looking forward to our next family holiday there!

Excellent!

Our family of five spent a wonderful 10 days at the apartment. Booking was easy and the owners were helpful. We also booked the airport transfer which was a good price and we were met at the airport on arrival by James who was polite and friendly. The apartment is in the best location for getting around Lagos as it is very central. Overall you could not fault the apartment ,it is truly luxurious and had everything you could need while away.

Truly a luxurious Penthouse

Such comforts in this well decked out Penthouse. We've thoroughly enjoyed our winter here. The sea views are magical. The beds, extremely comfortable. The kitchen well stocked for cooking. The location is excellent for walking, groceries, marina, beaches, restaurants, shopping and bus and train stations are all nearby. The owners are very dear and their handy man is very efficient and helpful. A most definite 5 star experience, you won't be disappointed.

Location

From the Owner

This is a truly luxury property in the best location in Lagos. A car is not necessary to enjoy a holiday in this location. Every attraction is within easy walking distance. The outdoor pool is superb. The property is ideal for long term Winter rentals.

Nearest Golf : Boa Vista at 1 Kilometres Nearest Train : Lagos Station at 1 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : EN 125 at 500 Metres Nearest Restaurant : Fresco at 25 Metres Car: not necessary

The apartment is located within 300 metres of the Marina and 500 metres from the town centre. Meia Praia beach, Lagos's primary and very lovely beach is within easy walking distance. Lagos was once the capital of the Algarve and is the port where many of the early explorers such as Henry the Navigator embarked on their epic journeys. This lovely historic town has many tourist attractions including a Slave Market, Castle and many famous Churches. It is a delight to walk through the narrow streets and discover the many cafes, bars and restaurants. The Marina has lots of attractions including boat trips to the grotto's, water skiing, dolphin watching, sailing and many more. The rest of the Algarve is easily accessed from the bus or railway stations which are adjacent to the Marina. The Spa town of Monchique, Historic Castle at Silves and 'lands end' at Sagres are all worth a visit. For Golfers there are numerous courses nearby.
