With Beziers Airport only 10 minutes from Agde - this apartment is ideally located for flying from the UK.

Ryanair fly from 4 major cities (Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester and London Luton) and Flybe fly from Southampton.

This beautiful ground floor apartment is situated in a large complex with only 4 other apartments on the Banks of the River Herault at Agde.

The sandy Mediterranean beach is only 3km away at the mouth of the river.

The spacious accommodation within this apartment currently offers two double bedrooms both with large double beds and plenty of wardrobe space. There is also one double sofa bed (sleeps 2) within the living area.

Other accomodation to be found within the apartment is; a large fully equipped Kitchen; a good sized bathroom with toilet, 2 wash basins, bath and shower.

The focal point of the living room is the window overlooking the apartment's own large terrace and garden area with outside barbecue area.

Secure parking is available within the complex.

This apartment is centrally heated so is ideal for low season breaks.

Lovely bright spacious apartment with great outsid

Really enjoyed our stay by the side of the river, all hired bikes which were great for getting to the beach, town and railway station .. managers really helpful , always about if needed and kindly gave us a lift back to train station on departure

Lovely Apartment

Very spacious well equipped and clean apartment with a lovely terrace and a shaded secure parking space. It was a pleasure to come back for an aperitif on the terrace after a day sightseeing in the heat. Jane and Steve are perfect hosts and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area giving us lots of places to visit. Definitely on the list for a return visit.

Superb property in a fabulous location

Warm and helpful welcome from the owners particularly as we were late arriving. DO follow the instructions they give you and don't rely on GPS as the road is one way. The property was clean and really spacious with a brand new well fitted kitchen. Double basins, shower and bath. Copious hot water. Very welcome chilled wine and beer in the fridge. A really comfortable 6ft wide bed. Secure parking (and property) with room for our bikes although you could hire them there. The patio BBQ and garden were completely private and not overlooked at all.

The location right beside the river was brilliant. Sat out by the river for our last evening drink. Agde has walking/cycle paths everywhere. We cycled down river to the beach, crossed over on the ferry which takes bikes free and then up river into town and along the canal. Easy walk into the beautiful historic town with fab. fish restaurants built over the water. The market well worth a visit too.

We would recommend this to anyone and hope to return even though we have our own home in France.

Didn't want to leave!

Loved it here, the description was accurate, location was fab.. About 10 mins walk into the historic part of Agde and 30 mins walk to Tamarissiere along by the river in both directions. The property was very clean, everything you need for a self catering holiday was all in good condition and working!! Bikes, canoes and Hydro Bikes are available to rent at very reasonable prices. Boat hire for the canal du midi is about a 5 min drive. We loved the outside area, barbecue, terrace and garden, plenty of room for sun loungers etc. Jane and Steve who manage the apartments are very informative, speak French and English and are very helpful, cant do enough. The deposit was returned when the keys were returned. If this apartment is booked, still contact them as they have lots of others on their books. So much to do in the area and not enough time in one holiday. We will return, hopefully very soon, maybe they will have a pool installed in the near future, that really would be the icing on the cake.!!

This apartment is located within a private, secure complex on the banks of the River Herault which is situated at the edge of the ancient French fishing town of Agde, just 3km from the Mediterranean sea.

The location is ideal for exploring the nearby historical sites and attractions of the region, as well as offering plenty of water sport activities within 3 kms.

In less than one hour you could be visiting the famous White Horses of Camargues to the East or the dramatic scenic views within the mountains to the North. The spectacular Millau bridge is just over one hour away.

The Mediterranean coastline villages of this area also offer the opportunity to relax and enjoy the culinary delights of local produce served in the ambiance of a typically French cafe or restaurant.

Linen & bath towels can be hired for the sum of 15 Euros per person.
