A cosy apartment overlooking the River Herault with mountain views.

With Beziers Airport only 10 minutes from Agde - this apartment is ideally located for flying from the UK.

Ryanair fly from 4 major cities (Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester and London Luton) and Flybe fly from Southampton.

Overlooking the lovely Herault river this charming 3-storey French town house contains 7 holiday apartments.

The house is situated in the ancient French town of Agde with its quaint narrow streets and typically French seafood restaurants along the wharf side.

The front of the house has a private garden surrounded by an old stone wall offering a choice of shared terraces complete with garden furniture, barbecue grill and optional shade provided by trees or a parasol.

The apartment has a fully equipped, typically French rural open kitchen combined with living and dining room areas.

Television and CD player are available.

If your preferred dates are not available please do not hesitate to contact us - we have other properties that may suit your needs.

There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two singles. Both bedrooms offer plenty of wardrobe space.

There is a separate toilet WC and bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine.

Both the living room and one of the bedrooms have large windows which overlook the lovely River Herault.

The apartment is also equipped with electric heaters, so is ideal for low season breaks.

Secure parking is offered just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Well equipped and maintained pretty apartment in excellent location in close proximity to shops and restaurants of historic Agde and also within cycling distance of miles of sandy beaches and the Canal du Midi. Plenty to do but space to relax too. Very helpful staff and allocated garage space nearby.

Facing the Herault river this apartment is situated in the ancient fishing port of Agde.

The location is ideal for exploring the nearby historical sites and attractions of the region, as well as offering plenty of watersport activities within 3 kms.

In less than one hour you could be visiting the famous White Horses of Camargues to the East or the dramatic scenic views within the mountains to the North. The spectacular Millau bridge is just over one hour away.

The Mediterranean coastline villages of this area also offer the opportunity to relax and enjoy the culinary delights of local produce served in the ambiance of a typically French cafe or restaurant.

Stay tax €1 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 18 years.

The security deposit (150 Euro) is secured against a credit card on arrival & will be refunded following departure when the property is left clean, tidy & without damage (Please refer to Tenancy Terms and Conditions).

Linen & bath towels can be hired for the sum of 15 Euros per person.
Baby equipment also available, prices on request.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

25% Deposit required within 5 days to confirm reservation.
Final payment due 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement.
All payments to be made in Euros, by Bank transfer.

Optional extras: (Linen, baby equipment etc) - can be paid, on arrival by cash or card.

A flat fee of 30 Euros will be added to all breaks of less than 7 nights.
