Located in one of the most peaceful areas in the surroundings of Marbella, El Rosario is a quiet town offering many services and opportunities.

Its seafront is a neighborhood of villas, here no large buildings or abusive construction.

Feet in the water, our small complex of some 20 houses type 'townhouse' encircles a swimming pool and adjacent beach Alicate, famous for being a great and long promenade for walkers and joggers .. This beach will take you up to marbella or cabopino on the other side, a small beautiful port.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a large terrace that serves as dining room much of the year, all on 3 floors. View over the sea from the terraces, it is a few meters from the beach with direct access from the residence.

It can accommodate up to 10 people with children, or 6 adults very comfortably.

The house is fully equipped to live there full time because everything is functional and operational. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has TV, DVD player and a wifi connection is on for guests, washing machine on the 2nd floor terrace.

Regularly renovated, the house offers a standard of very good quality and choice of furniture and decorative modern and stylish.

The terrace overlooks an interior courtyard which houses an indoor pool, suite, which complements the pool of the residence that is common to the 20 condominiums. Note that 20 houses are an extremely reasonable size and family condominium, which may common for the region.

Meravigliosa!

Le foto della casa non le rendono giustizia! Attrezzatissima sia di elettrodomestici che di biancheria, molto spaziosa (ci siamo stati in 3 famiglie di amici con 4 ragazzini), frontemare, i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili a risolvere piccoli inconvenienti che possono capitare, come ripristinare il wi fi che non funzionava. Mr. Gervasio, il fac totum del complesso, sempre pronto e disponibile. Le due piscine sono state uno splendido sfogo per i nostri figli nelle giornate ventose. Il quartiere è molto pulito, ordinato e ben sorvegliato sia di notte che di giorno, il bar sulla spiaggia è "caro arrabbiato" (1 mojito costa 7,50 euro e un caffè espresso 2,90) e il mare non è stato proprio limpido e cristallino, tuttavia la spiaggia è godibile sia per restarci, sia per fare delle belle e lunghe passeggiate. Segnalo il ristorantino sulla spiaggia Las sardinas, dove si mangia benissimo, soprattuto le sardine alla brace e il personale è cordiale e gentile. Prezzi che oscillano dai 15 ai 25 euro a persona, a seconda di cosa si ordina. La casa ci ha fatto da base per un meraviglioso tour dell'Andalusia ma, a dire il vero, saremmo rimasti a goderci il sole e il mare ancora a lungo. Silvia-Italia
