A Incredible Stylish Decorated 3 Bedroom Apartment With Excellent Location

The apartment has been recently rebuilt and fully redecorated; it’s placed on a 4th floor in a building which is 50 meters to the promenade and to the beach. The main views even if are not to the sea, are still bright and wide splendid, looking to the city and to the mountains.

This holiday home is special as it offers a very stylish decoration intended to make guests feel very comfortable and at the same time delighted by their eyes. The apartment is very bright and has a very spacious and modern distribution. The hall is opened to an Italian designed elegantly furnished living room that counts with a balcony with wide views to the mountains and to the city. The hall is also opened to both, a designer dining area which seats 6-8 people, and to a new kitchen, totally equipped, very functional with an isle in the middle.

The main balcony includes a tapas area where 6 people can sit on a table with stools or alternatively relaxed back in two comfortable chill out chairs. In the back part of the apartment there is also balcony with some sea views but it’s too small to sit there.

Furniture is new or stylish restored in order to achieve an exclusive decoration. Mattresses are of high standard to assure a good sleep.

The two bathrooms are complete: the small one counts with an hydro-massage column shower cabinet and the big one includes a bide and a big tube to have a bath.

Bedrooms are big enough to host 6 people comfortable in beds. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms decorated with good taste. Room number one, that’s the so called romantic style room, is the master bedroom and has a double bed. Room number two is the orient style room and has another double bed. Room number 3 is the vintage style room and has 2 single beds.

The building counts with a closed courtyard so that children can play open air. In the price is included private covered parking, lift, free wifi Internet and claim to guarantee the complete apartment can be kept cold/warm in summer/winter.

Great place for family

This apartment is a great place for family holidays. I spent 5 days with my 2 young daughters my mum and a friend. Very clean, conformable, WiFi very good. Ester and Cristina very helpful.

The area is full of cafes, restaurants and playgrounds, 5 minuts walk to the beach and bus stop to go to the old town.

We highly recommend it and will go back!

Very comfortable stay

My two sisters and I spent a very enjoyable week in this apartment. It is nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, has plenty of storage and is well equipped. We enjoyed trying out the local tapas bars, cafes and restaurants for both breakfast and lunch in this very Spanish area. The wine shop almost next door is great. We didn't want to hire a car and the location is great for getting around by bus. The Malaga city buses are incredibly frequent.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that, although the balcony does have a view to the hills behind, the immediate view is over a large basketball centre. Overall though this didn't detract from our stay. Thank you Esther and Christina.

Very beautiful apartment * many space

L'appartement est meublé avec beaucoup de goût et l'ammeublement est fonctionnel et confortable. La cuisine est équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour vous permettre de cuisiner vos plats à votre aise, sinon il y a un grand choix de restaurants et de tavernes à proximité. L'état de propriété de l'appartement est impeccable. On se sent directement comme chez soi dans ce grand espace d'habitat lumineux. Tout se trouve à proximité: la plage, les commerces, les transports en commun. En plus, la place de parking, comprise dans le loyer, est très utile si vous y êtes en voiture, car le stationnement dans les rues est payant dans tout le quartier. On a passé un excellent séjour!

Lovely Apartment

Two couples, we had a fantastic holiday in Spain.

Based in Malaga for six nights, we had the opportunity to visit not only the Malaga city and nearby villages but also Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Marbella and Ronda.

Owner/Manager Esther and Cristina provided us an excellent service.

Location, layout, amenities of the apartment are excellent.

We would certainly recommend this property to our friends/relatives and if we re-visit Malaga, we would like to stay in this apartment again.

Great Place to Stay While in Malaga

What a wonderful place to stay and relax. We were two couples in our 60s. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. While we did eat out alot at the great restaurants in town and along the beach, we were also able to purchase food at two of the local supermarkets and cook in. The place had all the amenities one could want and need. We were met by Christina who showed us around the apartment and gave us great insight to restaurant and stores. The place also has a private parking garage which we took advantage of our last two day there, renting a car and sightseeing around the area before heading to our next stop in Granada. The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. The apartment is on the 4th floor but there was an elevator which was situated right next to the apartment which made hauling luggage and groceries a breeze! We were pleased with the personal attention we received from the time we booked the apartment, arrived and departed. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and relatives as well as anyone looking for a place to stay while in Malaga. We are also VRBO hosts and know that this property is great! Thank you very much.

it was a very good stay for our family.

A very good place for moving out, discovering Costa del Sol.

The center is about 10 minutes by bus or car, even a beach is next (4 minutes by feet).

... supermarkets and restaurants just in front....

Maybe I can advice to rent a car directly from the Airport and take a A7 direction Nerja. You will discover her amazing wild beaches . And from the place it will take 30 minutes.

We had a verey nice welcome and everything was perfect. The apartment is clean! Thank you

The apartment is located in the favourite area for Malaga capital citizens during spring and summer times. Besides, for the tourist, is without any doubt, a privilege location in Malaga city as it enables to combine cultural tourism with beach with no need for car. So, on one hand is one step to Pedregalejo promenade and its beach, and on the other hand, is two minute walk to line 11 bus stop, which runs every 5 min to the old town and takes 10-15 min to get there. It’s advisable not to take the car to get to the old town because parking is very expensive.

Pedregalejo promenade hosts many restaurants, not only chiringuito fish but many different cuisines as well as tapas bar, cafeterias, ice-creams, standing out its chill out terraces where to relaxed with a cocktail in the sun contemplating the sea and enjoying the outdoor life and its vibrant atmosphere, including hippies and handicraft shops.

Pedregalejo beach counts with hammocks and sun umbrella areas as well as public showers, and the sea level is ideal for children. There are playground areas in the beach, one minute from the apartment.

Pedregalejo and El Palo neighbourhood have undoubtedly a powerful attraction for the traveller who likes to get to know the authentic Spanish culture and enjoyable life style.

On this promenade one can appreciate a mixed of the past (charming old fish men houses closed to the sea where the famous sardines of Malaga city are barbecued in boats), together with the new (restaurants with very lively outdoor atmosphere and different gastronomies and also relaxing fashionable chill out terraces). To have a breakfast on the promenade tasting the huge assortment fruit juices is very advisable… and, well, not to forget your sunglasses for the pleasant chill out terraces is a must!

In the neighbourhood there are a very popular restaurants for locals where to eat outdoors good meat (including Argentinian grilled places) and excellent tapas at a much lower prices than in the old town. Pimpi Plorido is an emblematic sea food and Andalusian wine bar, very narrow and always very crowed, a place where to get impregnated of the Spanish culture and have a good time (not advisable for children, though). 4 Esquinas is compulsory to taste the famous “churro doughnuts” of El Palo.

There are bakeries, local groceries and several supermarkets near the apartment. Mercadona supermarket is just 2 min walk and Supersol 1 min. In El Palo market offers excellent fresh food, standing out for its fruit, vegetable, fish and meat.

There are cafeterias where to have breakfast, ..there are pharmacies, hairdresser, Fashion shops, anything one can need in a self-catering holidays and much more..

On the other hand, Malaga city is located in the South and central part of Andalusia, so it’s an ideal base to make one day trips to the beautiful cities of Granada, Cordoba, and Seville. Nerja and Ronda big villages are in one hour drive.

Malaga old town is really worthwhile and it’s advisable to dedicate at least one or two days to visit it. In any case, in summer when it’s very hot, it’s better to go with sunset or very early in the morning, and during the day it’s better to stay near the sea and its breeze. Nevertheless, very closed to the old town, it’s recommendable to visit Palmeral de las Sorpresas small promenade, new area with restaurants and shops in the harbour, with views to Malaga castle, the Cathedral and to some luxury yachts.

For family with children, and just 25 min by the motorway, they are located the famous attraction park Tivoli World, Aqualand, Cocodrile Park and Puerto Marina sail harbour.
