Welcome to Casa De La Mar, where "Mi Casa es su Casa" is taken to heart. This lovely three bedroom, two and a half bath home, is situated on Marine Terrace, one block east of the water, and a short distance from the trail head to the Ranch. You can hear Seals barking, waves crashing and watch the sun set on the horizon, while your worries melt away. Soak in the hot tub on the deck to add to your relaxation. A large high definition TV is in the living room. A computer with internet, as well as a wireless conection, are available. The bedrooms have a king and two queen and a sofa sleeper in the living room, enough to accommodate up to 8 guests. It is spacious enough for a group of eight, yet cozy enough for a quiet romantic getaway for two. Pets are welcome, too!! TOT#6010896

Otherwise, the place looked great. Kudos to the owners for all they have updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for our large family including adult children with a baby of their own, plus our fur babies. The home was clean and beautiful with all the amenities we needed. It was really nice to have a full kitchen and laundry, plus a fully fenced yard for the dogs. It would be great for extended stay vacation. It had a beautiful view from the upstairs windows. Beds in 3 different bedrooms plus a fold out couch bed in the main living room upstairs but off to the side so it didn't feel like it was in the way when in use. 2 1/2 bathrooms made it convenient, we never felt like anyone had to wait long. I will definitely stay here again.

Great coastal home

Great location, close to nice walking trails overlooking the ocean, which our dog loved. Nice quiet safe neighborhood. Close to town for groceries and dining. We enjoyed the hot tub. There were a few opportunities in kitchen, nothing major. Overall, we had a nice stay.
