Great condo

Had a great stay here for our brief visit to Victoria. The owner was very responsive to any queries and gave us excellent instructions for accessing the condo. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The condo was in a very quiet block away from traffic but was just a short walk to downtown Victoria.

Good clean flat. Happened to arrive during a heat wave and noticed the lack of air con, but there is a good selection of portable fans. Good communication with the building manager.

Great location, fabulous apartment

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Facilities are perfect, it's lovely and quiet and still only a short walk from the Harbour.

The property is well located, well laid out and suited our needs perfectly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for two nights in this property, the beds were comfy,plenty room and the two bathrooms made it easy for the four adults in our group. The balcony was a real bonus as the weather during our stay was very hot, sitting on the balcony with a drink at the end of a sightseeing day was perfect. The condo is well situated for seeing the main sites of Victoria. We parked the car on arrival and traveled everywhere on foot or by water taxi. The fresh clean feel to the condo was welcome and we enjoyed cooking dinner at night in the well stocked kitchen. One very tiny niggle, it was my wife's birthday during our stay and we bought champagne to celebrate,sadly it does not quite work in tumbler glasses. Some wine glasses would have made a difference. Tim the owner was very quick to get back to my emails and although the entry instructions were slightly convoluted we managed ok and could understand the security requirements for a building of this type in the heart of the City. Would definitely recommend this property particularly for adult groups.
