These luxurious and newly renovated apartments, apartment 1 family apartment with balcony and apartment 2 internal facing or street view with balcony, are set in the historic Gothic quarter of Barcelona. They are situated in superb location set in the heart of an attractive neighbourhood of small streets, with many traditional bars and restaurants to relax in. The apartments are within easy walking distance of the beautiful palm fringed marina, the beach, the Ramblas, the old cathedral and many other popular sites. Small shared roof top terrace open April to Oct.

The comfortable and quiet apartments, with the benefit of elevator access, have been renovated and furnished to the highest standards in a contemporary style whilst still retaining the rustic charm of the old building. Double glazed windows and balcony doors help keep the street noise out ! The apartments comprise a spacious double bedroom ('s) with fitted wardrobe. Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate large bathroom with fully tiled and glass enclosed walk in shower. Relax on the sofa in the open plan living dining area with fully equipped fitted kitchen, breakfast table, flat screen TV and free fast WI FI. Family apartments have 2 large bedrooms and 2 large en suite bathrooms.One month minimum rental.

Great Location

Loved being walking distance to the beach. Apartment was clean and modern. We stayed in Apt 2 which was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. Great bakery across the street for breakfast and many wonderful restaurants and cafes close by. Top floor apartment so the elevator was a heavenly relief after long days of walking and exploring the beautiful city of Barcelona.

clean, modern, chic and perfect location

My husband I rented this place for four nights in October. An amazing location in the old historic area with quick access to everything. Apartment was surprisingly sleek and modern. Everything was new from the faucets to the windows to the kitchen and everything in between. Great food and bars all around within quick walking distance. This place even has a ( very small ) elevator!! Apartment is bright and modern. Lots of windows ( no views though.) Dealing with Jordi was a true pleasure and he met us promptly for check in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and can not wait to return myself.

Wonderful experience in Barcelona

My husband and I rented this apartment for 5 nights prior to going on a 12 night cruise. We were extremely pleased with the condition of the apartment as well as the location. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures and as described. It was very clean and Jordi, the apartment manager, was quite helpful in providing directions and options on travel to the apartment from the airport and was there to meet us, just as he had agreed to. Location is ideal - a short walk to Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and the beautiful Barcelonetta Beach and in close proximity to the port for anyone taking a cruise out of Barcelona. Many supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops all around the apartment We would definitely return and would certainly recommend this apartment for couples or those with one child.

Really great!!!

The apartment is just wonderful, you have 2 parts, one for kids and one for parents. So you have 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 tv… It's really clean, with a tidy decoration. It's in the middle of the old town, with all you need. It's not so hot because of the proximity of the others apartments and the tight streets. I will come back, for sure!!!
