This three bedroom spacious town house is superbly situated on the corner plot of Vila Golfemar, a very short distance from the Vale Do Milho golf club and has wonderful views over the 8th hole from both terraces.

Entering the property on the first floor, you will walk into a small hallway with the kitchen on the left and a WC on your right, the hall leads through to the spacious lounge and dining area, the lounge has a comfortable sofa and two chairs, TV (Variety of Channels), DVD player and free wireless internet. There is a lovely bright dining area with table and chairs for 6 and both the lounge and dining area have access to the upper terrace via two sets of patio doors which make the room and lovely bright living area.

The fully fitted kitchen should have everything you need to make it feel like home from home including electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle as well as a good supply of cooking utensils, pots and pans and serving dishes.

There is a lovely staircase leading down to a lower hallway which leads to the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate laundry area. All the bedrooms have air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer months, there is one double room and two twin rooms, each bedroom has access to the downstairs terrace via patio doors. The bedrooms are a really good size with fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage room.

There are two good sized bathrooms, one has a bath with over bath shower and the second bathroom has a separate shower plus there is a separate WC on the first floor.

There is a separate laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine and access to a back yard area which is ideal for getting things dry in the summer. There is also an extra fridge in here if required. We have a good selection of beach toys, games and some books so children are very welcome.

Terrace Areas

This house is on a corner plot so it has two spacious terraces which get the sun all day, the terrace on the ground floor has a lovely small garden area and views over the golf course, there are 4 loungers and 2 chairs and some small tables available, it’s a great area to relax during the day

The terrace on the first floor has wonderful views of the golf course and distant sea views, it’s ideal for relaxing during the day time and in the evenings. There is a table and chairs for 6 people and a BBQ. There are also two loungers and a lovely two seater outdoor set with leg rests which is perfect when enjoying a Gin and Tonic in the evenings. There is optional shade with a canopy which can be brought out over part of the terrace if you want to escape the sunshine for a while.

The house is less than a 5 minute walk from the pool which is a beautiful area, there are two pools, one of which is a shallow pool for children. The pool has lovely golf course and sea views and the surrounding garden area makes it perfect for relaxing. There are sun loungers provided and there are changing rooms and toilets so you don't have to go back to the house.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in gepflegter, ruhiger Anlage

Die Wohnung hat uns und unseren beiden Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Sie war bei Ankunft blitzsauber, ist sehr geräumig, bietet sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich - sonnig, schattig, windgeschützt - einen tollen Grillplatz auf der Dachterrasse, wunderschöne Aussichten über den Golfplatz und die umliegende Villengegend, eine Waschküche mit zusätzlichem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Strandspielzeug, Strandsonnenschirm, Beachmatten, Strandhandtücher ... alles was einen perfekten Urlaub ausmacht. Emma und Mike sind sehr hilfsbereit und hatten sogar einige Grundnahrungsmittel und Getränke für uns im Kühlschrank deponiert. Obwohl Hochsaison ist, waren viele benachbarte Wohnungen frei. Wir waren rundrum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder in diese tolle Wohnung.

Wonderful holiday in this suberb villa

This is a beautiful villa, with 5 star equipment and décor. Location is excellent and being a corner plot has all round views from the terraces. The lovely shared pool was only two minutes away which was perfect for our six yearold grand-daughter who made lots of friends there. Excellent restaurants within walking distance and many more in Carvoeiro itself . We love this area and have spent many holidays here and look forward to returning to this villa again

Clean and well equipped property

We have stayed in several properties in Vila Golfemar and this is by far the best cared for and comfortable. It is well furnished and equipped. There are some nice touches - beach towels provided.

Emma and Mike looked after us and as usual the pool was beautiful.

A lovely, very well kept house.

I would say we were impressed by the house when we got there, but the pictures already show how excellent it was (and is) so no big surprises :). It's very spacious so it feels everyone has their own flat in there. The BBQ is a must as fresh fish can be bought anywhere. The entire house is very well kept and there's virtually anything you'll need.

The swimming pool is a 10s walk from the main door a good place to hang around in the early morning or late evening.

The location is incredibly quiet - in the morning you can see some birds around in the grass. There's also plenty of space to park the car(s).

Mike and Emma were very welcoming and helpful. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Delightful Villa

We loved this villa - it is very spacious, clean and homely with a lovely balcony. Plenty of dinning areas (inside & out) and the kitchen had all mod cons. The pool was easily accessed, clean, with plenty of sun loungers and friendly of people!

It was a short walk to lovely restaurants and the Internet access was a bonus!

We were greeted by Emma & Mike, who was friendly, helpful and accommodating. As a family of five we would highly recommend this villa! :)

Vila Golfemar is situated within the par 3 Vale de Milho Golf course which is located 3 kilometres from Carvoeiro centre. It's a small development of 49 attractive linked villas/apartments which are all kept to a high standard. All the properties have a golf and sea view, this particular town house has distant sea views but the golf course views are fantastic.

The area is perfect for relaxation, it's peaceful but nothing is too far away - there are a few restaurants within walking distance (Golf club, The Lighthouse restaurants and the Vale Do Milho restaurant) There is a supermarket just a 5 minute drive away and there are many restaurants and bars in Carvoeiro which is less than a 5 minute drive. If you want to play a bit of relaxed golf then this house is ideally situated as the golf course is on your door step.

A former traditional Portuguese fishing village, Carvoeiro retains much of it´s original charm whilst providing a perfect resort for families and couples.

Tourists return to Carvoeiro year after year, unable to resist the charm this town offers. Situated between Lagos and Albufeira, Carvoeiro is known for it´s relaxed and friendly environment perfect for winding down and experiencing what the Algarve has to offer.

There are a number of secluded sandy beaches where you can spend hours relaxing or take a boat trip and visit the magical coves (grotto´s) of the Western Algarve. Although smaller and less commercial than some of the other towns Carvoeiro enjoys some of the best cuisine around. There are a number of traditional Portuguese restaurants where the fresh fish on offer is highly recommended, or alternatively you can choose from Indian, Italian, Tapas, Chinese or English cuisine. During the day you will find a selection of café´s and small bars where you can sample some of the traditional Portuguese pastries and fresh croissants.

Carvoeiro is not the place if you are looking for late night clubs but many of the bars in the centre offer live music and if you feeling brave a little Karaoke! You may prefer to sit outside and make the most of the warm evenings, watching the world go by whilst sampling the local Sangria and Port.

Booking Details:
Our manager Emma Robinson will handle all the the rental administration, Emma will advise on the booking process and advise on any questions you may have. Our managers Emma and/or Mike will be at the property to meet you on arrival to hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have, they are on call throughout your stay and more than happy to help.

Payment Information:
We require a 30% non refundable deposit to secure the house, the remaining balance including £150 breakage deposit is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer to our UK account if paying in UK pounds or our Portugal account if paying in euros. The property is priced in pounds and the euro rate will be calculated using the rate on the day of booking. We prefer for the breakage deposit to be paid to our managers account to ensure refund within 7 days of departure, the breakage deposit is refundable as long as the house is left in good condition.

Cots and High Chairs are available for a small extra cost
Transfers can be arranged if required, this is extra to the rental cost
The house will be available from 14:30 and check out time is 10:00, our managers will always try and be flexible where possible
