About this property

Highlands Reserve is a prestigious resort and golf complex,set among pine trees and orange groves. Ideally located 10 minutes west of Disney World and close to all amenities, parks and attractions. Large executive luxury villa with 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 with jacuzzi. Large private heated south east facing pool w/spa is surrounded by tropical plants and backs onto a pine tree reserve. Pool deck seating for 11 people. Two large living areas. Games room with a 32' flat screen TV, 2-42' flat screen TV's w/TV's in all rooms. 7 foot pool table in garage. Upgraded interior with superior furnishings. Fully equipped open kitchen with all appliances. Breakfast nook & formal dining room, Laundry room. All linens & towels provided. Air conditioned. Across the street from a par 72 golf course for golfers of all levels. Community tennis courts & children's play area. 24 hour assistance available through our property management company. Great for families and golfers!

Additional Information: We prefer a minimum booking of 5 days, however, if you love the villa and want it for 3 or 4 days, please get in touch with us and we'll see if we can accommodate you.

The villa is located across the road from the 2nd fairway and down the street from the Golf Club House. The property is looked after by a property management company who live down the street at Highlands Reserve. They are available to provide assistance if required. The villa is equipped with telephone with toll free local and international calls in Canada & the USA. Wireless internet is available.

We have owned the villa since 2008 and have made many upgrades . . . everything is in beautiful condition......We think you will love the Villa and particularly the private pool and spa. Needs some work

Our stay started badly with no air conditioning, and the property manager locally unaware of our stay. The aircon was fixed, but the alarm was not working throughout our stay. This is a reasonable property, but does need updating and more mainteinance. The owner compensated us for the issues, but they should not have occured in the first place. We would not rent this property again.

Villa was brilliant....

Renting the property should have been straightforward but VRBO appeared to do everything to make the process as hard as possible to pay. In the end this was resolved with direct communication with the renters. Onto the villa, it was ideally located for visiting disney parks and is well served with local amenities the Highlands reserve estate was very quiet and peaceful. The villa had all the expected equipment and was reasonably upto date although some of the blinds and furnishing was a little tired. Special mention goes out to then property managers Jana and Petr who helped us when lightning struck the villa taking out the alarm and the WiFi, they came out pretty much immediately sorting the alarm and organising a WiFi router until the frizzed external cabling could be replaced.

A beautiful villa in a fantastic location.

A fabulous villa in a lovely neighbourhood. The villa was clean and well furnished. All amenities were provided as described. There was plenty of seating areas and the tv area was comfortable and cosy. All bedrooms had plenty of storage provided and were well decorated. The thing we loved most of all was the fantastic pool. It has the sun for the vast majority of the day and the children loved being in it, there was also plenty of outside chairs/loungers to sit and relax. The property management we have met during previous stays and were as helpful and efficient as before. Overall a fantastic villa for our stay in Orlando.

Amazing Villa

This was my family's second time renting this villa. It was just as beautiful as the first time. Everything was clean and comfy. There was space for everything and the pool was so relaxing. I would recommend this villa over and over again. Hopefully there will be a third visit in my family's future.

THE BEST VILLA EVER

My family and myself would like to say that this home is the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in, its so impressive , the pool area is superb , the bedrooms are dressed very well, we actually cried when we left, well I did and my new daughter in law did, I cant thank Dianne enough for the extra special touches like the Christmas tree and the lovely decorations, I would recommend this home in a heartbeat xxxx
