PRIME LOCATION IN LOS CRISTIANOS (Feel free to inquire about my Discount Rates for Summer 2016) 100 meters to the beach and restaurants. Apartment is renovated. 56 m2, a large bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen (has everything necessary), washing machine a bathroom and a large terrace with views of the ocean and the mountains. This is the second time we have stopped in this apartment.very highly recommended .great pool and facilities.great communication with manager and owner.hopefully we will be going back in the near future.
Summary of positive points for La Estrella apartment:
It is a great size apartment which is excellent value for money. Located in a convenient area of Arona, you can walk, bus or drive to local attractions such as Playa Americas and Costa Adeje. We used the excellent bus services and walked along the sea front to the neighbouring places. The apartment is so close to bus stops, which are outside hotel TRYP. There are also supermarkets very near, or it is so cheap to eat out, we found ourselves doing that instead. The weather was perfect (mid October) and the people we met were really friendly.
If you like fresh water, the apartment has a very cheap water machine you can refill your bottles. It is also near the sea and has a quiet & clean pool area.
Lovely views of the volcanic scenery and the sea from the balcony. We got our damage deposit back simply and speedily.
Constructive criticism: The only thing I would say needs to be changed are the curtains and the bed frame. They are too thin, so the sun wakes you as soon as it rises. The bed frame is too big for the room and means you catch your legs on it if you are not careful. We just moved the mattresses to the lounge to solve both issues, and had a wonderful time.

Was getting concerned prior to travelling as details of key collection were only provided 3 days before arrival, after numberous text messages to the manager.
When booking I didn't realise the apartment does not have air con or any fans.
WIFI only in communal area.
The apartment could have been cleaner on arrival. Hairs, crumbs and dead cockroach found around the apartment.
Towels, bedding etc, old and stained.
Crockery heavily stained needed washing prior to use.
Shower door is broken and doesn't fully shut.
Attention to detail could make this five star.
This is the best of many apartments I have stayed in Los Cristianos., Being on the 11th floor the view is absolutely amazing looking right over Los Cristianos as well as over the sea and towards the OldTown. Quiet apartment which has wifi in the communal lounge on the ground floor. The pool is very well kept and quiet although the water was pretty cold. The apartment is only about a 30 second walk to the seafront and there are lots of restaurants roundabout as well as a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. Inside the apartment there is plenty bedding and towels. There is a new television in the lounge which has many englishspeaking channels. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for a rental apartment although there is no microwave. There is a new table and 2 chairs on the large balcony and the sun comes out on the balcony every morning which is great for getting a tan. Would definitely recommend this apartment and cant wait to return.
Had a excellent stay at the estrella apartments ,great location. Very near beach,near the bars and restaurants the facilities were second to none, couldn't ask for more, the pool was excellent . The owner was very helpful from start of the holiday to the end, therefore we have booked again for this year and the communication on dates and times available has been excellent .highly recommend
We are a couple, booked this apartment for one week in August. When we arrived every room was really clean. The sheets were fresh and clean from the laundry. There are several towels, pillows, sheets and blankets. In the kitchen there are a boiler, a moka, some pans, dishes, cutlery, everything you need to cook something simple. We just needed to buy some soap to wash the dishes. The table is actually a coffee table, but we had just breakfast at home so it was comfortable for us. The location is perfect: just a few minutes away from the seaside and the city centre, we always walked to reach every place we needed. There a supermarket near the house. Olesya, the owner, answers quickly to every question and she is very helpful. We really enjoyed our holiday!
