Apartments offer well furnished holiday accommodation, each apartment has a spacious open plan lounge equipped with a double sofa bed. The fully fitted kitchen has hob and oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has shower wash basin and WC. The bedroom has twin beds some of the apartments have extra facilities in the way of TV/DVD, microwave, CD player, radio, etc. Details on request.
1 and 2 bedroom apartments, fully equipped on small complexes named Tagoro Park (102 apartments), Los Geranios, Costa Sol or La Hacienda with a small supermarket and a larger one 200m away.we are situated just 150 Metres from the coast. The apartment is equipped and furnished to a very high standard and have oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron/board, TV/ DVD, radio/CD with the upstairs ones having a large sun deck and terrace or a downstairs one (with more sleeping accommodation) having a large terrace. The apartment attracts the sun all day.
If you like golf, then this is for you, with five 18 hole and a nine hole course within a six mile radius. A hire car would be required. How about bowls, a twelve rink outdoor green is just a 10 minute walk away. Lots of other sports such as tennis and diving are within walking distance. Shops, bars, restaurants, buses and the beach are all within a 3 to 10 minute walk. Golf, tennis, gym, scuba diving are all close by. Costa del Silencio is five miles from the airport and is situated in the dry cloudless south of Tenerife dominated by the peak of the dormant volcano, Mount Taide. Average temperature is between 20 and 30 degrees centigrade. Five Golf courses are available within a five mile radius

Deposits required £50 per week, £100 for two weeks & £200 for a month or more Extra Bed/cot £20 per week. Balance due 8 weeks prior to rental commencing or full amount if less than 8 weeks. A local cab service is usually available starting at €18. All rental prices are shown in GB Pounds sterling. The Apartments are cleaned/serviced before and after rentals, all other cleaning is the responsibility of the client. Linen and towels are changed weekly.

We stayed in the 2-bed apartment at the adjacent complex of Los Geranios.
Let's start with the negatives (but bear with me - there aren't many). The double bed was comfortable enough but CREAKED with the slightest move. The one single we used was quieter at least. The kitchen has all the essentials but if you do want to cook, don't be too ambitious. The counter space is limited.
The positives far outweigh the negatives. Los Gerianios is a residential complex around a communal pool area which is well-maintained and astonishingly quiet - at least, when we were there in April. I guess it may be livelier in high summer but I doubt it. By and large, the residents respect the 'quiet' rule between 2000 and 0800 and even during siesta from 1500-1700. (You do hear planes going over but they're not as frequent as you might fear and far from deafening.) The apartmnet itself is relatively spacious with a west-facing balcony (with an awning) which would comfortably seat four for dinner and a very private roof terrace which is the full floor area of the whole apartment and which has stunning views of the mountains. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning but does have a ceiling fan in the lounge and a plug-in for the bedrooms. Opening the main door to allow a through breeze worked better than anything, even in the 36 degrees we had for a couple of days.
The minimarket immediately outside is well-stocked and very handy; Hermusa supermarket is five minutes' walk away and has pretty much everything you'd need. A further five minutes will take you into the centre of town. There's not much but we ate well, heartily and cheaply at Totem on two evenings. Service everywhere - including the supermarkets - was of a very high standard.
We never needed help with anything but it's there if you want it. If you want left on your own for peace and quiet in warm sunshine, this is the place. Again, we'll be back!
I liked both property and location very much. The apartment is very convinient for 4 people use with nice terrace. The apartment complex and the town itself is very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend renting a car to visit different beaches, shopping etc, very convenient and car rent is rather cheap in Tenerife.
The apartment is as described and the owner and managing agent are nice to work with.
