Newly renovated one bedroom apartment for two

L’atelier is a one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Antibes on a quiet pedestrian street with accommodations for two guests.

We have just finished major renovations and have updated the apartment to include all modern conveniences while maintaining the flavour of the building with high vaulted arched ceilings, cement tiles, and wide-planked oak parquet floors. We have designed the space to have the feel of a French artist workshop but with a very comfortable and inviting environment.

The beds are fitted with comfy mattresses, crisp, white linens, and plush pillows for a restful sleep during your holiday. The bed can be configured to one king-sized bed or two twin beds. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and radiators.

The apartment is ideal for a couple or two friends travelling to Antibes that want a well appointed and conveniently located apartment in the centre of the old town. No car needed to enjoy all of the activities in and around Antibes. The apartment is minutes from the Provençal market, Antibes’ restaurants and bars, and the beaches.

Det här var en fantastiskt mysig lägenhet perfekt för oss som par. Vacker inredning, fullt utrustat modernt kök, rymliga garderober och sköna sängar. Läget på lägenheten är perfekt, du bor liksom mitt i där det händer, nära restauranger och affärer, samtidigt som du snabbt kan promenera ner och njuta av hav och strand.

Värdarna är hjälpsamma och lätta att nå om det skulle behövas (vi har bott hos dem förut), men vi hade ingen anledning att kontakta dem- vår vistelse var felfri.

Vi kan starkt rekommendera att bo här och vi var ledsna över att behöva lämna lägenheten när vår semester var slut.

Wonderful central Antibes apartment

The apartment is centrally situated in the old town. Well serviced by local shoos, but quietly hidden in a small road off the beaten track. Hardly any cars, so quiet. Well appointed with enough glasses, cutlery etc for your every need. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Definitely returning!

Perfect location, nicely appointed

Perfect location in a quiet, small residential street right in the heart of the old town, a quaint little supermarket and several bakeries right around the corner, restaurants and terraces galore for “l’aperitif” only one or two blocks away, an easy walk to the Provence market and other charming destinations – we were in heaven! The welcome was great and the ground floor flat in a delightful old renovated building was a gem: an ideal couple’s retreat with all the mod cons (even one of George Cloonie’s Nespresso machines …), tastefully decorated, and all in pristine condition - we couldn’t have wished for more. Our only regret: we’d only allowed 5 days, 10 would have been twice as nice!

Superb apartment

Superb apartment situated in the centre of the 'old town ' of Antibes. The apartment was immaculately clean with everything we needed for our 12 night stay, excellent kitchen amenities, washing macine/dryer, a/c, large comfy bed with quality linen, fluffy towels & even a beach bag & beach towels⛱. Very thoughtful!! The arrival/departure procedure is handled by a very lovely lady named Suzanne & was very easy & efficient & friendly! The security deposit was also refunded promptly. The situation of the apartment was fantastic, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, beaches,, banks etc etc all within a few minutes walk. The train station is 10 mins walk & the train goes all along the coast, eg Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo so no need for a car. We would recommend highly to anyone visiting this beautiful part of the world.

Review of apartment at No. 38, Rue Paul Bourgarel.

Although compact, the style and location of the apartment at No. 38, Rue Paul Bourgarel was top notch. So good that we are booking it again for next year. All of the appliances are in excellent condition and all worked properly. The huge King size bed was extremely comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe and other storage space. The style of the apartment was very trendy 'warehouse' with rustic doors made of roughly sawn wood and the like. All in all, different, but delightful. We give it 5 out of 5 !!!

L’Atelier provides the perfect setting to enjoy the quaint cobbled streets, casual cafés and glamorous beaches of the French Rivera.

Plage de la Gravette is located five minutes from the apartment. Antibes also boasts several private beaches with casual restaurants and beach chairs. We recommend Royal Beach on Salis Beach. Visitors should also explore the larger beaches at Juan Les Pins, on the opposite side of the Cap d'Antibes, as well as its many restaurants and speciality shops.

Antibes is well-known for its Provencal market. Socca, olives, cheeses, flowers, sausages, jams, seafood, and fresh fruits, meats, and seafood are among some of the regional specialities on offer.

Visitors should also check out the cathedral and the old ramparts of Antibes and the famous Picasso Museum.
