2 bedrooms, one with double bed, other bedroom 2 single adult beds. Double sofa bed. Total sleeps 4. 2 bathroom. Apartment is brand new, all furniture, TV, Nespresso machine all new too.

Consists of 2 floors, terrace downstairs and large sun deck upstairs. Amazing evening sunset sea views. The beach is just 200m walk away, and there are many restaurants there, as well as 5 minutes drive up the hill to Sant Josep.

About Robert and Caroline

We are a 'European' couple! She is half French, half Spanish, and he is Dutch, but having grown up in the UK, and spent the last 22 years in Madrid.

We fell in love with Ibiza many years ago, and now finally we managed to go one step further!

Why Robert and Caroline chose Sant Josep de sa Talaia

We saw it in 2012 when we stayed nearby, it just caught our eye straight away. We love the style it has, with the sun terraces and the chrome railings. Not to mention the amazing sea views, and the sunsets you can see from the balconies every evening. the beach of Cala Tarida is only 200 meters walking, and if you fancy a change, 10 or 15 minutes in the car will get you to half the Islands beaches and restaurants.

What makes this apartment unique

the beach... the sunsets... Sant Josep... the peace and quiet, even in summer, also the quality of the building is very high standard (Porcelanosa). It's just in exactly the right spot!

Nice Sandy beach facing west, so you have the sun going down in front of you.

Pretty secluded nice bay with sandy beaches, with many bars and restaurants.

Nearby village of Sant Josep with banks, chemist's, shops, grocery, fishmonger and restaurants

15 minutes in either direction you can find many different coves and beaches with fantastic restaurants (Cala Basa Beach Club, Cala Conta Beach club and restaurant, to name just two)

airport is 15 minutes driving. Ibiza is 20 minutes. During a two week stay you could visit a different beach every day and never run out of great places.

We recommend you rent a car for your stay. The apartment has a parking place, but it's safe to leave out on the street too.

The person who will welcome you on arrival will explain where things are and how things work, so you can start relaxing the moment you arrive.

There is also a concierge in case you need anything urgent during your stay.

The flat is brand new, and we hope you will find it well kitted out and comfortable. The area is close to beaches and restaurants, but if you want to relax on the sun deck upstairs, you'll feel away from it all in your private space.

Beautiful, modern, quiet accommodation with stunning views.

Wow what a gorgeous apartment. Really well equipped and maintained. The roof top terrest was probably our favourite place on nice comfortably sofas, with a cold glass of something, watching the beautiful sunsets every evening. All communication with the owners was quick and informative. Robert emailed local recommendations to us before arriving and that is what we used to start exploring this beautiful, pretty island. Although a car isn't necessary, we did hire one and was able to visit all the small coves and beaches. Location of the accommodation was great to get around and driving on the island is relatively easy. Old Ibiza town is worth a visit during the day and evening . We enjoyed our best paella ever along one of the cobbled back streets. There is something for everyone in Ibiza and we will definitely be making a return visit. We would highly recommend the apartment as a good base or just a relaxing holiday .

Wow, wow, wow

Great Appartement, we enjoyed every evening sunset on the roof terrace, you have to see it!

Everything was as Robert described, well cleaned and maintained. We got a lot of helpful information from Robert upfront and the whole stay was perfect.

We can strongly recommend to book this place for your trip to Ibiza.
