This is a downstairs apartment which is reached by three steps.

Fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker with gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine with integral tumble drier. Separate dining area.

Free Wi Fi.

Welcome basket with tea, coffee and milk.

The large living room has two sofas, a large desk, occasional tables and color Free view television with DVD player.

Bedroom 1 has double bed, wardrobe and antique dressing table. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, built in wardrobe, antique chest of drawers and dressing table. We can put in an extra bed if you need this.

Bathroom with bath, wc and electric shower. Central heating with radiators in all rooms and hall. All linen and towels provided. Gas and electricity included.

Appartement très bien et conforme a la description donné par la propriétaire. Cette dernière étant très sympathique, toujours disponible en cas de besoin.

L'appartement étant très propres, très bien équipé et spacieux.

La station de Sydenham étant environ à 5-10 minutes de l'appartement ainsi que les commerces et les restaurants. Il y a aussi le parc de Chrystal Palace à 5 minutes à pieds pour les petits comme pour les grands.

Nous recommanderions cet appartement à des amis sans restrictions.

Sydenham Station is easy travelling to all areas and sights in Central London. Look at the London underground map, we are on the orange line. (It's confusingly called London Overground line - which is separate from the railway line!) We are one minute walk from Crystal Palace Park which has a children's playground, cafe, lake, the Dinosaur Court and the National Sports Centre with Athletics Stadium - Grand Prix events held here in the summer. Nearby is Dulwich Village which has a park with a boating lake and cycle hire. The Picture Gallery in Dulwich Village houses work by famous artists including Sir Thomas Gainsborough, Rubens and Van Dyck. Hornimans Natural History Museum is a short bus ride away in Forest Hill. We have supermarkets, restaurants and pubs (Yes - Gastro-pubs) within walking distance.

We require a 25% deposit on booking. This is a self catering apartment and end of stay cleaning is not included. There is an extra payment of £50. payable in cash to owner if you wish to pay for final clean. Please see booking conditions.
Payment by credit, debit card and paypal is available on my website
Changeover day is Saturday.
In June, July and August we only book by the week at other times we accept a minimum of three night breaks if the date is available a month beforehand.
