Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, with Ocean View & Private Pool

Located in a gated community, if you are looking for the quintessential tropical Hawaiian yard, you have found it. Hawaii is outdoor living and this ties it all together with an ocean view. The expansive covered lanai has a dining area, barbecue area, and living area all looking onto the beautiful pool and tropical gardens. The gardens consist of heliconia, plumeria, numerous palms, pineapple, bird of paradise, lemon, hibiscus, and more.

2 sets of French doors open into the great room of the house where you are greeted by beautiful bamboo flooring and tall ceilings. Art niches create the style of the great room. The great room opens to the kitchen through a large breakfast bar. The kitchen has ample storage in the maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful granite counter tops. Work space abounds and the work triangle moves easily. For convenience, a half bath is off the kitchen. 2 guest rooms, a full bath and laundry room complete this wing of the house which leads to the 2-car garage. The home is equipped with central AC and ceiling fans throughout.

The primary bedroom suite is separated from the other guest rooms on the other side of the house. There are sliding glass doors that lead out onto a private lanai for the master or to the pool. Primary suite features a large walk-in master closet, and master bath complete with luxurious soaking tub, glass shower, double sinks and long open counter tops.

There is a 5 night minimum stay/10 during Ironman & Christmas season. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Hawaii Tax ID/125-066-4448-01. Hawaii County has passed an Vacation Rental law that includes a Good Neighbor policy. This law states quiet times are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.

Great location, well maintained and private

The house is located about 25 minutes from the airport and is easy to find. The gated community is full of beautiful flowering shrubs and trees & lovely to drive into. The house is in a cul-de-sac and is also surrounded by shrubs and trees making it very private. It is very clean and tidy with comfortable beds and everything you could need. The kitchen is also well appointed with all the cooking spices and flavourings you might not want to buy yourself for a two week vacation. Once the hurricane had passed the pool heated up nicely and is a decent size. It is a fairly quiet location, although there are two houses nearby currently being refurbished and we did hear a pile-driver most days. There are also 3 dogs next door which were sometimes put into a run which runs along the property boundary & they did bark quite a lot when they were in there. Apart from that its a lovely place to stay - great location.

Perfect Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay. Pictures are accurate and house is beautiful. Very spacious. Great location. Very well equipped kitchen, pool floats, and more. Soooo many beautiful birds and flowers and very safe neighborhood. We will definitely return!

Exceptional!

This house was perfect for our family of four!! Location in a private neighborhood close to town was great. The lanai/pool/yard is amazing. We used the grill and kitchen to make many of our meals at the house. The concierge provided with the rental (David) reached out before our trip and helped us book several activities. His recommendations helped us make the best selections and make the most use of our time on the island. Would highly recommend!
