Our villa is located in Benalmadena Pueblo, a charming Andalusian old style village overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, at 15 min. driving from the Malaga airport, 5 min to the sea and 20 min. to Marbella.

In the village centre, at only 10 min walking, there are lots of restaurants and bars, as well as shops, bank offices, pharmacy and a two small supermarkets.

Larger supermarkets like Mercadona, Lidl and Carrefour - at less than 2 km.

We are also very close to the Xanit International Clinic, at 2 min driving distance.

Free from any neighbors or noises, this very large property is the perfect spot to relax.

The house has been the first estate of the urbanization „Rancho Domingo“, long time the only 5 star urbanization on the coast together with the one in Sotogrande.

It features a 25m outdoor pool as well as a heated indoor pool. Built in the late 1950ies there are 50 year old trees all around. The house is located in the middle of 7.000 square meters of woods and very large cultivated gardens that offer a wide range of plants, fruits and exotic animals like chameleons.

Situated in the mountains, the property is above the typical coastline fog. It is usually 3°C warmer than at the coast, but there is always a fresh breeze. It stretches over 3 levels in front, behind and beside the house, which offers a lot of space for groups to spread and many possibilities of scenery changes. One can spend days on site without doing the same thing twice.

Also the bedrooms are situated in a manner that groups can spread out into main wing, guest wing and children's house.

The entire property was renovated and refurbished from 2010 - 2012 with all modern amenities such as underfloor heating, all-glass-showers or modern kitchen fittings while keeping the old style alive. Besides the kitchen and all bathrooms, both pools where completely redone with new tiles and chemical-free systems.

There belongs a Boat in Puerto de Marbella to the property, which comes as an option.

Didn't want to leave.

We took the villa for three weeks in August 2017 and we loved it. We were a party of 11, 6 adults and 5 children, ranging in age from 3-11, and there was plenty of room for all. It is a beautiful villa inside and out. It has everything anyone would need and so very well furnished. Elena, the Manager, made us very welcome and made sure everything suited our needs, even providing a small bed for our youngest grandchild in his brother's room. Daniela the cleaner is very friendly and very thorough in her work. Diego alias 'Mr Fix-it' made sure the pool was always clean and the extensive garden well maintained. He also took away all our recycling and other rubbish. He even managed to mend the arm on my broken sunglasses. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them - thank you all for making our stay so easy and comfortable.

The house is situated a short walk from the village of Benalmadena Pueblo which has very good restaurants and a spa, which our daughters-in-law enjoyed. There is also a very good pizza restaurant just down the road from the villa which delivers very good pizzas very quickly. The garden affords views of both the sea and the mountains and the view in the evening of the lights below from the bigger coastal towns was amazing.

We have been renting villas for the family summer break on an annual basis now for 11 years and this we all agreed was the best. Golf courses for the men and Tivoli World, among other things, for the children. We had to drive a way to find a decent beach - our favourite being at La Cala de Mijas. We will definitely be thinking of returning.

Truly beautiful, even better than the photos show

I stayed here for 1 week & in total there were 7 adults, 1 baby & 2 kids so 10 in total, 4 separate families & this Gillian was perfect for that. You could all more than comfortably spend time together but also separately if you wanted.

The photos on the website done this villa no justic at all, it is even more beautiful in real life.

The rooms are huge, house is clean what more do you need.

You can take dogs but if you don't have a dog this house is still perfect as you would never know dogs have stayed.

The best bit for us about it was the fact that it had both a indoor & outdoor pool which was ideal for my baby as outside was too cold.

The location is just perfect, just a 10 min walk you come to a lovely square with beautiful restaurants.

Diageo the live in caretaker was fantastic too, helped us with the BBQ & called a taxi for us when we needed one.

I am a very fussy person but this villa totally lived up to my expectations & I would return & recommend to my friends & family.

Wonderful holiday!!!

The villa perfectly met all our needs: privacy, a lot of space in- and outdoor, incredible views, heated indoor pool, extremely large outdoor pool...) The staff were so friendly and helpful that they helped making our holiday even nicer!!! Thank you!

Benalmadena is a beautiful village where you can take a walk through the lovely little streets, visit some nice shops and there's a great selection of bars and restaurants to cater for every taste.

We warmly recommend villa La Rotonda!

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful time at the house. We were 12 persons staying in the house (8 adults and 4 children). We were met by Elena at arrival, who has provided exellent service before and during a the stay. The property was clean and well-maintained and the facilities were as described. We highly recommend this property.

fantastic villa for a relaxed family vacation

A really great villa with a splendid pool. Rooms are big and very clean.

The garden at the back of the house is really great for kids to play tennis or football, all equipment is available. Nice terrace to lounge and Diego is willing to help with everything (BBQ). We had a really relaxed and luxury vacation. (2 families with kids)
