Peacefully situated below the listed village of Seillans with views toward the village and the valley. The house is south facing and enjoys sun all day. The area is a quiet residential area and the grounds are flat and ideal for a family. The pool is situated in the garden not far from the covered terrace.

There is a summer kitchen and a gas BBQ.

The property of 2700m2 is enclosed with an automatic gate. The double garage gives shade to the car and there is plenty of parking in front of the house.

House of 232m2 is on two levels with two bedrooms on ground level and 4 on first floor. Ground floor has a large American kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with fireplace.

The hall leads to the master bedroom with access to the garden and with a large shower room. The second bedroom also on the ground level has en-suite shower room. From the hall the stairway leads to second floor with an additional 4 bedrooms and two shower rooms. Two of these rooms have access to a balcony. The house was recently renovated with new floors overall and all new shower rooms and a new kitchen. Guest toilet in hall.

The covered terrace has plenty of room for 12 and it is a nice cool area for dining or even relaxing away from the sun.

Excellent Vacation Home in The South of France

This marvelous villa will give you a very beautiful environment to spend your vacation. It's a perfect base of tranquilitiy, rest and serenity. You hear absolutely nothing except the song of the cicadas in the summer sun. The pool is not huge but big enough to get yourself refreshed and sitting on the terrace here gives you very beautiful views. I could try to give you details but you have to see for yourself. I can assure you will be living here outside the entire time. We went with 5 adults 1 older child 1 younger child and everybody was happy about this place. The rooms are modern, clean and not stuffed with anything you don't need. The decoration of the house in general is Stylish, tasteful and functional. And one can see the house was renovated with quality materials. (Good internet connection also present). About the environment Seillans really surprised us with its historic building and good restaurants. All the necessary amenities are close by (walking distance or a short drive). I really give this villa 5 stars because it deserves it. It's suggested you come by car as region has lots of hills up/down and in case you wanna visit other villages, drive to coast etc..

The village of Seillans is part of the Canton de Fayence which is located just west of Grasse and north west of Cannes. The canton de Fayence is an old area with villages dating back to year 1000. They were all founded by the Grimaldi family. There are five perched villages starting with Montauroux, Callian, Tourettes, Fayence and Seillans. The mountains in the north protect the area. To the south we have the Mediterranean sea. The views from the villages are stunning. There is the large lake Lac St. Cassian only 15 min drive. Here you can swim or rent boats. The town has a small marked and the local café. There are three restaurants all with good local food. There are many sights very close by. There is only 20 min drive to the coast with its beautiful beaches and bustling life. You can make excursions to St. Tropez and Monaco as well as Cannes. You can enjoy the quiet beautiful Provence as well as the fun of Coté d'Azur.
