3 Bed Luxury Apartment Great Location for Beach, Golf and Nightlife

Apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV showing many UK station. Nearby facilities include large supermarkets, small shops and banks. Many bars, restaurants and shops are on your doorstep. There is a 24hrs medical centre and a pharmacy nearby. There is a large swimming pool for residents only. The complex is very safe and secure with 24 hour CCTV and large lounge area for residents only. A car is not necessary as we have everything on our doorstep.

Airports: Alicante-45 minutes; Murcia - 15 minutes away.

WiFi is available on the ground floor community lounge and around the pool area and is available in many of the bar and restaurants along The Strip

PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate cleaning surcharge of 60€ payable direct to the key holder regardless of the duration of the stay.

Great Holiday

We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely spacious apartment. Great location, with lovely pool area and locked gates straight out onto the strip with a choice of endless restaurants. A nice stroll to many beaches and the cliff top walk all along the coast. Walking distance to supermarket. Keyholder was waiting for us on arrival and had excellent communications with them and Gary before we arrived. Bit noisy during the night when they empty the dustbins, but hubby slept through it and it's worth it for the location. Many thanks

Enjoyable holiday

Ideally situated within walking distance to all amenities.Liked the added safety of external gates as well as a gate directly outside the apartment door.lovely pool and children loved the community lounge with WiFi.Aircon was a big advantage. The only drawbacks was that we would have preferred more sun loungers as we had to buy our own but hopefully they will still be there if we return !Also the hot water tank appeared to be leaking into the bucket below it.However on the whole we enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again !

Great accomodation in a brilliant location!

My wife and I booked the apartment for our family of 5 and had a great time, no messing about, we were met at the apartment by the keyholder who was in contact in plenty of time, the apartment was a great size with ample bedroom space easy comfy for 6 people, the apartment is well kitted out, clean, wanted for nothing.

The apartment is in a brilliant location close enough to all restaurants, bars, 5-10mins walk from various beaches.

Great budget holiday, will be returning as soon as possible.

Apartment.

The apartment does not look out over the pool area. The view from the balcony is towards the Mediterranean Sea. The balcony catches the sun in the morning to approx midday/early pm. The balcony is shaded in the evening.

Accessibility

Wheelchair friendly, ramps and lift around complex and steps with hand rails for easy access to pool.

Outside

Large communal pool with access to bar / restaurant.

Street Markets

There are many street markets in the area. The closest is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment in Cabo Roig every Thursday, selling a mixture of fresh fruit and veg, textiles and many other goods.

Coast/Beach

Blue flag beaches are within a 10 minute walk.

We have a walkway joining all beaches, ideal for ramblers.

Beach bars and sunbeds are available all throughout the summer.

Golf

Discounted golf tee´s available for all local courses, approx 20 different courses available within 30 minute drive. These include, Polaris World, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Serena, La Manga.
