Large dining area with balcony and Mediterranean light

I’m a spacious and bright apartment of 125m2, so centrically located in the core of Barcelona that you’ll have the feeling of touching the heart of the city with your own hands. You’ll look out over the Plaza Catalunya and the big shopping mall El Corte Inglés from my balcony. I’ve got three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms,a completely equipped kitchen and a large living room and dining area with plenty of natural light. My guest capacity is of 7 persons. Wood flooring. Flat screen TV LCD, DVD, air conditioning, and carefully chosen decoration. There’s Wi-Fi connection throughout the apartment.

Piccadilly. Times Square. Place Vendôme. The Red Square. La Puerta del Sol. Ring a bell? In Barcelona we have Plaça Catalunya.

Here you won’t need a private vehicle or public transport: you’ll simply have it all at hand. Within 10 minutes walking you’ve got Barcelona’s main attractions: Las Ramblas, the shopping malls El Corte Inglés, FNAC and Apple Store, the shops at Paseo de Gràcia, the Cathedral, the MACBA museum, the Gothic, Old Plaza Universidad, the Casa Batlló, the ancient roman ruins and an endless stream of emblematic places.

The only way of being more centrically located would be to set up a tent in the middle of the Plaza Catalunya square, but, think about it: you’ll probably enjoy my 125m2 much more.

In less than a minute walking you’ve got the metro lines 1 and 3; the train that takes you to the airport and to any other corner of Catalonia and the Aerobus (the direct bus line to and from the airport).

Amazing Apartment

The rental agents are most helpful and respond quickly. They arranged our transportation- the apartment location is more than perfect. Clean and well stocked. Washer/dryer. Beds are comfortable. Spacious apartment. 3bedrooms 2 bathrooms must stay if you need the space. Highly recommend this rental and its agents

Perfect Apartment

Very clean and spacious air-con apartment, in a great location. Ideally placed for getting about; supermarket (for the all important bottles of Cava) a 5 minute walk away - under the department store (with a great selection of everything - bags, clothes, etc) on Placa Catalunya, 30 seconds from La Ramblas, ditto the City Tour/Tourist Bus start (highly recommended to get a good overview of the city layout and places of interest). Well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher tablets! There is some street noise to the front of the apartment but given its location, a very small price to pay. Highly recommend not only the apartment but the arrangements via APBCN Apartments who arranged airport collection and drop off (€50 each way for 4 adults + luggage), which all worked very well despite BA cancelling our flight out from Gatwick and splitting us into two separate parties on later flights from Heathrow.

Superb

Great apartments in the center of Barcelona! Well located, clean and very well maintained by the owners. The customer service was also really good and they told us the best restaurants near the apartment, which was a big help for us because there is plenty of nice places and it´s difficult to decide.

We had a superb stay and there wasn´t any problem with the apartment.

The apartment was perfect. It is by far the best location in town, It is close to everything, Ramblas, The beaches, the Gothic district..The apartment itself is spacious with large and well appointed rooms..highly recommendable

THIS IS, NO DOUBT, THE BEST LOCATION IN BARCELONA.

This great apartment, which benefits from plenty of natural light is located at one of the corners of Plaça Catalunya, the heart of the city. From the apartment you are directly walking to Ramblas, Passeig de Gràcia (Gaudi's main road), Born, the Gothic Quarter... the most touristic places of the city.

The apartment is extremely quiet and for its central location, making it a good choice for any guest looking to relax and enjoying some rest after a hard day of exploring. The street is also very safe and clean.

Any kind of restaurants, fancy bars, shopping centers, FNAC, El Corte Inglés, pedestrian walks... are just there !!

Transport network and communications are the best of the city: all metro lines, bus lines, AEROBUS, touristic buses, trains to the coast and interior cultural towns get to Plaça Catalunya.

You can also reach the beach directly with the metro at only 5 stops (vila olímpica)

UNBEATABLE !!

Other Activities: Cultural, eateries, clubs, shops.

Golf: We can provide specialized private transportation to main Barcelona golf courses: Sant Cugat, Sant Vicenç de Montalt, El Prat, Sitges,, Llavaneres, Barcelona with local english speaking drivers

Ski: At only 100 km you will find nice skiing stations: Rasos de Peguera, La Molina, Masella... and also the Pirinees stations: Baqueira, Andorra, Port del Compte, Tavascan, Vall de Nuria etc..
