Quiet Hill Country setting situated near wineries, rivers and historic landmarks.

This quiet, comfortable guest house is just across the yard from your hosts’ home on an 18 acre ranch. The guest house is a roomy 650 square feet, sleeps four, and is equipped with a kitchen and laundry.
WIFI is available and most cell services have great coverage on the property.
The interior has a large open living room, dining and kitchen area equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and Firestick streaming device. The large bedroom has a queen size bed, a trundle day bed, and a walk in closet. The kitchen is equipped for four guests, has a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Outside the front door is a large, south facing, covered deck for year round comfort. This peaceful deck is great for viewing wildlife or great for rest and relaxation.

The bathroom is a 3/4 bath with a shower and has a full size washer and dryer.

The stated rate is for 2 people. An additional guests fee of $25, per person per night, is charged is excess of 2 guests.

Great country guest house/cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is warm and inviting. There are goats on property right next to cabin and the owners provide a bucket of corn for you if you want to feed them. You can literally stand on your porch and they come right up to the railing. We were there in October and there were baby goats too. All of them were such fun to watch. It is a short drive into dowtown Kerrville where are numerous restaurants and things to do. But the cabin has a full kitchen and is so cute we just hung out there as much as we could. Katie was very quick to respond to questions and give additional directions to help you find the place. We definitely would go again. Nice quiet get away was just what we needed.

Anniversary Getaway

Exactly what we needed!! A peaceful, clean, beautiful, quiet getaway! We really enjoyed our stay at Katie & Jeff’s guesthouse. The cabin was so clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Big and spacious but cozy and comfortable. Beautiful views from the covered front porch and the fire pit area. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the evening and peaceful mornings. Enjoyed feeding the goats on the property and Cooper & Lulu we’re so adorable to visit with. Jeff & Katie we’re very hospitable and accommodating. Such a sweet couple. When asked, provided us some great places to visit. Didn’t realize Kerrville had so much to offer. Enjoyed a late lunch at Billie Gene’s. Service, food and view of the river from our table was amazing! Enjoyed beautiful walks by the river at the Louis Hays Park. We are definitely coming back!!

Very clean house, great price! Friendly host. My kiddo loved being able to feed the goats 😉 would definitely love to stay here when we return next year.
