The "Luxury Royal Beach 3 Bedroom Apartment" with stunning front sea view, is situated in the most amazing and luxurious complex of the island (Ibiza Royal Beach) with impressive pool (500 square meters of water surface and illuminated with LEDs RGB color changing during the night) , private beach, concierge service and security 24/7. The complex is located at the beginning of the famous Playa d'En Bossa, at only 1 mile from the center of Ibiza Town; Ushuaia, Space are within walkable distance although no noise! Amnesia and Pacha are a short cab ride. The fully furnished apartment has 3 double bedrooms: 2 with queen size beds (on request, beds can be made twins, instead of double in one of the bedrooms) and one with a bed of 140 cm, a large living/dining room, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath tub and shower), a separate fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace. From the living room, the terrace and the master bedroom you have front view of the sea and of the pool. The apartment has: air conditioning, free wi-fi, flat screen tv, washing machine, clothes dryer, safe, stereo hi-fi with I pod , dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine (and regular coffee machine) blender, microwave, toaster, kettle, hair dryer. A supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within short walkable distance. Ibiza town is easily reachable by car/taxi in 5 minutes or by ferry in less than 10 minutes. Ferries for Ibiza town and Formentera leave from the dock at few meters from the private beach. PLEASE, CONTACT US FOR ANY INFORMATION YOU MAY NEED. Please, kindly note that our apartment is much more affordable compared to similar apartments in the same building or area which are rented per day or per week, since our minimum stay is 30 nights and we have affordable monthly rates. Excellent apartment with amazing view

Everything about dealing with this company, and letting this apartment for the week has been absolutely brilliant.

First of all, all my inquiries online were answered online very quickly, and all payments acknowledged within a few minutes of them being made. During our stay we also received a quick text to confirm we were happy with the apartment and were enjoying our holiday.

Check-in was simple, I made a call from the airport taxi queue and we were met in the reception without having to wait around for anyone. (and its only 10 mins from airport to apartment)

The apartment itself is exactly like the photos with amazing view, and spotlessly clean. The living room was comfortable, and it was nice to have a choice of dining tables both inside and out on the balcony. The kitchen had everything you could need (Nespresso machine particularly appreciated, and pods were available in the Spar a few meters away) The aircon works in every room, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for hanging and storing clothes. We had a mini cleaning service during the week at no additional cost, there are plenty of towels, and washing and drying equipment if you need it.

The pool area and private beach were really well kept, and nice and relaxed, the bar next door provides poolside bar and food service too which is a bonus!

We traveled as a group, celebrating my husbands 40th, Royal Beach is residential, so not the sort of place to have an 'all back to mine' this was perfect for us, we were close enough to restaurants, bars and clubs, but had somewhere chilled to go back to.

I cannot recommend this apartment of company highly enough.

The photos are REAL!

I make the comment about the photos, because when our daughter first saw them, she said "They're making the place look bigger and better than it is." It turned out that the apartment really DID look the way the photos represented it, and the view photos were also accurate.

The owner notes that the apartment is "near Ushuaia", but fortunately it is also far enough away that you don't HEAR it. Unfortunately, some of the visitors in other apartments are in Ibiza to PARTY - we were there for a wedding - and some of them start partying at their apartment around 10pm, go to a club, then return at 5am to continue the party. Our apartment owner was very helpful in getting the apartment management to remind other visitors of the rules of the complex about noise.

DEFINITELY will recommend this owner to friends.

Amazing 5 star quality

Great location, stayed with 7 girls, Alessandro was amazing and couldn't of done more to help us- only down side you can't hang your towels out to dry on the balcony!! Would definitely return to these apartments

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your kind words and for your wonderful review-:) We wish to precise that it's not possible to hang out the towels on the terrace, because it's a luxurious complex and the management takes care of the of the beautiful appearance of the building; however the apartment has a laundry room with clothes dryer, drying rack and, of course a washing machine.

Fantastic apartment and position

The perfect place to stay with friends or family. Three good size double bedrooms with everything you could need for a home away from home. The large balcony is great for entertaining with a fantastic view over the pool, private beach area and beach beyond. A brilliant find. Would highly recommend.

Amazing apartment in a fabulous area

I stayed at this apartment twice and I’m planning to return once again in June or August 2016.

The apartment is lovely and spacious with amazing views. The facilities are excellent. It’s a very nice location, the complex has a private beach with an incredible pool.

It’s close to all amenities… most of the great clubs and beach bars are near as well but the apartment block is away from the noise.

The managers are always very friendly and accommodating.

I always receive excellent service with booking and during the stay.

The Royal Beach Apartment is stuated at the beginning of Playa d'En Bossa (at only 1 mile from the center of Ibiza town) in the most luxurious complex of the Island (Ibiza Royal Beach) with private beach, impressive pool and concierge 24/7. The complex is close to Ushuaia and Space although no noise! A great Restaurant "Le Bar" is next door and also a supermarket is 2 minutes walking from the building. Other bars, shops restaurants and main attractions are all at walkable distance. Amnesia, Pacha and Ibiza Town are a short cab ride. Ferries for Ibiza town and Formentera leave from the dock at few meters from the private beach. The beautiful beaches Salinas and Es Cavallet are at only 5 minutes far by car and Cala Jondal and Blue Marlin at 10 minutes by car.
