With approximately 1,440 square feet, our unit comfortably accommodates 6 adults. The maximum number of persons is 6. Please check out the bedroom description. This property is available for 30+ day rentals all year.
Use of Tahoe Keys Association facilities are charged separately by the Association on a daily or weekly basis. This includes indoor and outdoor pools with outdoor hot tubs adjacent to the indoor pool, tennis courts, beach and children's play area.
Our townhouse condominium is located on wide water on the Tahoe Keys Lagoon and close to the lake channel. You are a 4 minute walk to the indoor pool and 5 minute walk to the outdoor pool and private beach. The tennis courts are right across the street, as is the basketball court.
Homeowner Association shared recreational facilities require a pass. They are available at the Association office for a fee. Cost depends on length of stay and facilities used. (Daily and weekly rates available.) Call us for current fees and Association office hours. Make sure you know this before you book to avoid surprises.
The upstairs was totally remodeled, November 2009. Both upstairs bathrooms have all marble floors and shower/bath with clear glass doors. Downstairs bathroom was remodeled in May 2015. Granite vanity tops and sinks. New toilets. New full size washer and dryer.

New bedroom and upstairs hall carpets were installed in 2014.

The downstairs kitchen and living room were remodeled in 2016. Hardwood floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances adorn the remodel. See our photos for the new look.
There is a small patio overlooking the lagoon, complete with table/chairs and propane BBQ.

Tahoe Keys

We loved staying at the condo in Tahoe Keys. The home was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Greg was very communicative, being upfront with the possibility of construction on the bulkhead. He also provided recommendations of restaurants and activities in the area. The condo is in a great location with easy access to all the restaurants and activities in South Lake Tahoe. I would highly recommend staying at the condo in Tahoe Keys!

Nice Rental

My husband and I came up with three of our adult children. The place was cute and clean with all the amenities you need. The owner, Greg, got back to us very quickly when we had questions. I would recommend this home!

Great time in the keys

We stayed a week in the condo during the 4th of July. We enjoyed great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our teenage boys had plenty of space to themselves and having the dock right outside was perfect.

Quiet, comfortable, easy access

This unit is great for a small family. The deck is so pleasant in the mornings and although gets sun in the evening (in June, 2021); it's quite comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped & BBQ works great. Owner is very responsive! Would def'ly go back.

My brother and I purchased this townhouse in 2006 looking to fulfill our retirement dream of spending more time at Lake Tahoe. As 'kids', we camped at Tahoe. As young adults, we stayed in the Keys with our families. We now use our townhouse for occasional family getaway time. We also rent our 'home' out so that others can share our dream.

Why they chose this property

This is our home. We want to share it with you. We continue to upgrade and improve it for you and for ourselves. We are fortunate to have our private boat dock about 15 feet from our back door. Relax and enjoy as you share a piece of Lake Tahoe. Boat Dock is included with rental for your exclusive use but the TKPOA does require a permit and fee.
