Maison du Village is located on Paul Bourgarel, a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of Vieil Antibes--minutes away from the Provençal market, restaurants, shops, and beaches. The home provides an ideal setting for a vacation on the French Riviera where no car is needed.

We have just finished a major renovation and have updated the home to include all modern conveniences while preserving its Provençal charm. A bright and beachy color scheme enhance the home's atmosphere.

The well-appointed chef's kitchen with our large marble work area provides a perfect setting to prepare dinner with fresh ingredients from the Provencal market.

The beds are fitted with plush mattresses, crisp, white linens, and soft pillows for a restful sleep during your holiday.

Amazing property!

We stayed at Maison du Village from a Wednesday-Saturday (a family of four with two kids, ages 3 and 6, and our nanny). The property was spotless, and no detail was overlooked. We especially loved the large kitchen/dining area. The kitchen was fully stocked with every thing we could possibly need to cook a meal, which we did several times. The kitchen's amenities allowed us to take advantage of Antibes' marche provencal (provencal market), and every morning we ventured over to pick amazing seasonal produce and fresh meats for our day's meal. We loved this property and would absolutely recommend this to friends and family for future visits -- that is, if we're not back ourselves! :)

A Riviera Oasis

Our time in Antibes was so special due in large part to Paul and Tom's care for detail in thinking of everything a family could need. The house was more gorgeous and spacious than expected or that photos could do justice. We even had a delicious cake waiting for us when we arrived. The location is in the heart of Antibes where you can easily walk to get meals and get to the amazing market each day. The grocery store is just a few steps away which was fantastic. The property was clean and so comfortable with lots of extra towels and laundry facilities if needed after time at the beach. We loved exploring different restaurants each day and taking day trips by train to see other villages along the riviera. Such a special place. We will definitely be back and would only want to stay at one of Paul and Tom's properties as now we feel spoiled! Amazing in every way.

Great renovated house in old Antibes

We had a great week in June 2016 in this gorgeous house in the middle of old Antibes .Very quiet and calm . And with a cozy terrace for breakfast and long meals at home. Very well equipped and nice and clean. No need for a car. Proximity to everything.We loved it, and will definitely be back.

Exquisitely superb and terrifically satisfying.

Maison du Village is a special property. First, the location is incredibly convenient and pleasant. It is tucked away on a private, quiet residential street, and yet it is in the middle of everything that is special about the old town of Antibes; and only a few steps from markets, stores, restaurants, and the central square of the Old City for the purchase of anything from a quart of milk to an electrical adaptor for your computer. It makes you feel more like a permanent resident instead of vacationing guest. In addition, and perhaps more importantly, the owners have done a beautiful job with the rennovations, furnishings, and appointments to the townhouse itself resulting in an extremely comfortable and pleasant interior environment. It is a great place to just hang out. As an added plus, the owner’s attention to customer service when first greeting you, and responding to your needs during your visit, makes everything easy and hassle free. We stayed with them last spring and had an equally satisfying stay at their Cote Safranier property also located in the old town; and we will be returning on our next vacation to stay at their nearby Maison du Bateau which is just a block off the Mediterranean.

Antibes-Rental focuses on the medieval village of Antibes for our holiday rental properties as the town has maintained its historic character with charming cobbled-stone streets. Antibes also has beautiful beaches, a famous Provençal farmers market, and fantastic restaurants and cafés. The village is conveniently located 20 minutes from Nice International Airport (Cote d'Azur Airport) and has convenient train access to points throughout the region. Guests do not need a car to enjoy an amazing holiday.

Maison du Village provides the perfect setting to enjoy the quaint cobbled streets, casual cafés and glamorous beaches of the French Rivera.

Plage de la Gravette is located five minutes from the house. Antibes also boasts several private beaches with casual restaurants and beach chairs. We recommend Royal Beach on Salis Beach. Visitors should also explore the larger beaches at Juan Les Pins, on the opposite side of the Cap d'Antibes, as well as its many restaurants and speciality shops.

Antibes is well-known for its Provençal market. Socca, olives, cheeses, flowers, sausages, jams, seafood, and fresh fruits, meats, and seafood are among some of the regional specialties on offer.

Visitors should also check out the cathedral and the old ramparts of Antibes and the famous Picasso Museum.

Antibes' Train station is a ten-minute walk from the house and provides access to places such as Cannes, St. Tropez, Nice, Monte Carlo, Eze, Menton, Marseilles, etc.
