This charming village town-house sleeps six guests in three well-appointed air-conditioned rooms—each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Enjoy an aperitif and a leisurely meal while soaking in the charming views of Antibes on the sun-drenched terrace with seating for six.

Maison du Village is located on Paul Bourgarel, a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of Vieil Antibes--minutes away from the Provençal market, restaurants, shops, and beaches. The home provides an ideal setting for a vacation on the French Riviera where no car is needed.

We have just finished a major renovation and have updated the home to include all modern conveniences while preserving its Provençal charm. A bright and beachy color scheme enhance the home's atmosphere.

The well-appointed chef's kitchen with our large marble work area provides a perfect setting to prepare dinner with fresh ingredients from the Provencal market.

The beds are fitted with plush mattresses, crisp, white linens, and soft pillows for a restful sleep during your holiday.

  • The beds in each bedroom can be configured to one king-sized bed or two single beds. Each room has its own individual air conditioning unit (for heating and cooling). As with all our holiday rental homes in Antibes, we are proud to offer beds fitted with comfy mattresses, crisp, white linens, and plush pillows for a restful sleep during your holiday. Chambre Bleue and Chambre Rouge are on the second floor and Chambre Sable is on a Mezzanine above the living room. Chambre Sable has a loft feel with an exposed stone wall and large skylights.

Lägenheten har ett fantastiskt läge. Nära till affärer, marknader, station och restauranger. Tre fina sovrum med tillhörande badrum. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt man kan önska. Lägenheten har en fantastisk terrass med sol hela dagen. Den håller mycket hög klass och det fanns ett fint välkomstpaket och bra information om Antibes utbud. Otroligt charmig och högklassig. Den här lägenheten kan vi varmt rekommendera.

Best HomeAway Experience!

This is no doubt one of my best rental experiences! The place was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished. We felt like we had arrived home the moment we stepped inside. It offered everything you need from washer/dryer, to beautiful glass sets. The hosts were gracious and helpful. We even had dinner with them one night and got to know the town and its people through a local perspective. We had so much fun throughout the whole trip. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Denna fantastiska lägenhet har ett perfekt läge i gamla stan och nära till affärer, strand, marknad, station och restauranger. Tre fina sovrum med tillhörande badrum. Ett allrum med kök som är fullt utrustad med allt man kan önska. Ett stort plus är den otroligt fina terrass (vilket är ovanligt i gamla stan) som dessutom är rymlig. Beskrivningen stämmer helt överens med verkligheten och den var ren och snygg. Fanns ett trevligt "välkommen" kit med information och tips. Kan med glädje rekommendera denna otroligt charmiga lägenhet och återvänder mer än gärna.

Amazing property!

We stayed at Maison du Village from a Wednesday-Saturday (a family of four with two kids, ages 3 and 6, and our nanny). The property was spotless, and no detail was overlooked. We especially loved the large kitchen/dining area. The kitchen was fully stocked with every thing we could possibly need to cook a meal, which we did several times. The kitchen's amenities allowed us to take advantage of Antibes' marche provencal (provencal market), and every morning we ventured over to pick amazing seasonal produce and fresh meats for our day's meal. We loved this property and would absolutely recommend this to friends and family for future visits -- that is, if we're not back ourselves! :)

A Riviera Oasis

Our time in Antibes was so special due in large part to Paul and Tom's care for detail in thinking of everything a family could need. The house was more gorgeous and spacious than expected or that photos could do justice. We even had a delicious cake waiting for us when we arrived. The location is in the heart of Antibes where you can easily walk to get meals and get to the amazing market each day. The grocery store is just a few steps away which was fantastic. The property was clean and so comfortable with lots of extra towels and laundry facilities if needed after time at the beach. We loved exploring different restaurants each day and taking day trips by train to see other villages along the riviera. Such a special place. We will definitely be back and would only want to stay at one of Paul and Tom's properties as now we feel spoiled! Amazing in every way.

Great renovated house in old Antibes

We had a great week in June 2016 in this gorgeous house in the middle of old Antibes .Very quiet and calm . And with a cozy terrace for breakfast and long meals at home. Very well equipped and nice and clean. No need for a car. Proximity to everything.We loved it, and will definitely be back.

The rate includes all taxes and expenses and cleaning at the end of the stay for one-week or less. For guests staying longer than one week, we include weekly cleaning and change of bed linens at no extra charge.

We provide L'Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion for each bathroom.

We require a 50% deposit to secure bookings and the remaining 50% + 600 Euro for a security deposit
