Town-house 3 bedrooms (each with en-suite), sun-filled terrace

Maison du Village is a spacious three-bedroom/three bathroom sun-drenched townhouse with large terrace located in the centre of the historic village of Antibes. Please check out all our properties at Antibes-Rental. We provide very comfortable and well-equipped homes to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable vacation experience. For example, our beds are fitted with crisp-white cotton sheets found in five-star hotels. We also include towels, beach towels, and L'Occitane bath products.

Maison du Village retains all of its historic charm but has been completely renovated to ensure an amazing vacation experience with all modern conveniences (wifi-throughout the house, air conditioning in each room, three ensuite bathrooms, etc.). We also have a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, a gas barbecue on the terrace, and all dishes, silverware, and stemware to serve a full meal. The home also has a stereo (with USB port for your music), cable TV (with English language stations), and Apple TV (with Netflix included for free).

The guests will have complete access to the townhouse and the terrace. We have a washer and dryer in the house for guests.

Our local agent will be available to help with problems or questions during the entire stay.

Antibes is a beautiful and well-maintained village near the Mediterranean Sea on the French Riviera. Maison du Village is located in the heart of the historic village and is steps away from shops, restaurants, the Provencale Market, etc. The townhouse has limited street noise as it is on a pedestrian-only street. Antibes has several sandy beaches located a short walk from the house. We provide beach towels and beach bags for our guests.

Antibes is located 25 minutes from the Nice Airport. The town also a train station (10 minute walk from the house) and a bus network in and around the area.

Anibes-Renta An Excellent Choice

Renting from Antibes-Rental made our stay so much more than we expected. The locate,on in the old part of town on a quiet street, was well situated for shopping, sightseeing and the beaches. Tom and Paul thoughtfully provided everything you would need in a beautifully decorated comfortable space. They also had prepared a written guide to the area with information about places to visit and restaurants recommendations with their personal insights from living in the area. Tom and Paul are more than a rental agency. They care about the comfort of their guests. Friends of ours highly recommended we work with them. We are very glad we did and we urge you to seriously consider doing so also. We look forward to renting from them in the future.

Amazing house in old Antibes

I had the pleasure of staying at the house over the new year with my wife and four kids. Upon entering the house we realized that it was the finest house in Antibes. We were a party of six and there was ample room for all of us.

The interior and design of the house is world class as it is the classic style of the house. We loved every minute of it and look forward to going back soon.

The management is efficient and extremely polite.

Can't wait to go back, it was the best holiday we have had for years.

Lägenheten har ett fantastiskt läge. Nära till affärer, marknader, station och restauranger. Tre fina sovrum med tillhörande badrum. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt man kan önska. Lägenheten har en fantastisk terrass med sol hela dagen. Den håller mycket hög klass och det fanns ett fint välkomstpaket och bra information om Antibes utbud. Otroligt charmig och högklassig. Den här lägenheten kan vi varmt rekommendera.

Best HomeAway Experience!

This is no doubt one of my best rental experiences! The place was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished. We felt like we had arrived home the moment we stepped inside. It offered everything you need from washer/dryer, to beautiful glass sets. The hosts were gracious and helpful. We even had dinner with them one night and got to know the town and its people through a local perspective. We had so much fun throughout the whole trip. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Denna fantastiska lägenhet har ett perfekt läge i gamla stan och nära till affärer, strand, marknad, station och restauranger. Tre fina sovrum med tillhörande badrum. Ett allrum med kök som är fullt utrustad med allt man kan önska. Ett stort plus är den otroligt fina terrass (vilket är ovanligt i gamla stan) som dessutom är rymlig. Beskrivningen stämmer helt överens med verkligheten och den var ren och snygg. Fanns ett trevligt "välkommen" kit med information och tips. Kan med glädje rekommendera denna otroligt charmiga lägenhet och återvänder mer än gärna.

Amazing property!

We stayed at Maison du Village from a Wednesday-Saturday (a family of four with two kids, ages 3 and 6, and our nanny). The property was spotless, and no detail was overlooked. We especially loved the large kitchen/dining area. The kitchen was fully stocked with every thing we could possibly need to cook a meal, which we did several times. The kitchen's amenities allowed us to take advantage of Antibes' marche provencal (provencal market), and every morning we ventured over to pick amazing seasonal produce and fresh meats for our day's meal. We loved this property and would absolutely recommend this to friends and family for future visits -- that is, if we're not back ourselves! :)

Car: not necessary

Maison du Village provides the perfect setting to enjoy the quaint cobbled streets, casual cafés and glamorous beaches of the French Rivera.

Plage de la Gravette is located five minutes from the house. Antibes also boasts several private beaches with casual restaurants and beach chairs. We recommend Royal Beach on Salis Beach. Visitors should also explore the larger beaches at Juan Les Pins, on the opposite side of the Cap d'Antibes, as well as its many restaurants and speciality shops.

Antibes is well-known for its Provençal market. Socca, olives, cheeses, flowers, sausages, jams, seafood, and fresh fruits, meats, and seafood are among some of the regional specialties on offer.

Visitors should also check out the cathedral and the old ramparts of Antibes and the famous Picasso Museum.

Antibes' Train station is a ten-minute walk from the house and provides access to places such as Cannes, St. Tropez, Nice, Monte Carlo, Eze, Menton, Marseilles, etc.

  • The rate includes all taxes and expenses and cleaning at the end of the stay for one-week or less. For guests staying longer than one week, we include weekly cleaning and change of bed linens at no extra charge.

    We provide L'Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion for each bathroom.

    We require a 50% deposit to secure bookings and the remaining 50% + 600 Euro for a security deposit to be settled 4 weeks prior to arrival.

    We offer credit card payment through Homeaway's payment system but charge a processing fee of 3% for the rental.
