Luxury city centre apartment situated in the heart of Edinburgh. Located just 400 metres from the Royal Mile and next to the Meadows. On the first floor, the apartment is easily accessible by lift or stairs from the front of the building where there is a secure videophone entry system.

Open plan living/kitchen/dining space with ceiling to floor windows with views of the old infirmary building. A dining table to seat 4, Corner sofa and LCD T.V completes the living area. Comfortable double bedroom with built in wardrobes. A Luxury shower room, linen and towels are provided. Guests can also enjoy free high speed WiFi.

The property is 15 minutes walk from the city centre and there is taxi rank nearby. There are also several bus stops near by with several services that will take you towards town or elsewhere around Edinburgh

There is secure underground parking (NCP) available at a daily rate of £16.

The owner will personally meet all guests on arrival at the apartment.

Lovely modern quiet flat close to city centre

The flat is very modern and well appointed. It is on a very quiet street but only a few blocks from all the excitement of the core. Comfortable bed.

Fantastic place to stay!

Fantastic place to stay, modern with all amenities and great location- BONUS if you enjoy running, you'll find a huge park a 1 minute walk behind building & excellent for a jog! Condo is a super easy walk to the grocery store, bars, restaurants, etc.. I'd highly recommend. Alice was a pleasure to communicate with through booking and leading up to arrival with any questions I had. Thank you to Alice (and Eddie) for a wonderful experience!!! To those who have not yet been to Edinburgh- it is an incredibly beautiful city with such friendly people. Enjoy!

Great Location

This was the perfect location for us - right next to a gorgeous park and the university and walking distance of City Center. Nice to have a clean and modern place to stay adjacent to historical buildings. The flat is small as we expect in European accommodations but perfectly adequate and definitely more spacious than a hotel room. Coffee, groceries and food right there. Lots of construction going on right outside but if you are there weekends or gone during the day, its not bothersome.

Un apartamento cómodo. Quizás falta algo más de vajilla, pero para dos personas tampoco se necesita demasiado. Eddie, el hermano de Alice es una persona muy amable. Pese a mi ignorancia del idioma, no hubo ningún problema para entendernos. Todo muy práctico y racional, porque incluso tienes a mano las instrucciones de los electrodomésticos. Este apartamento está bien situado. En una zona, Quartermile, que están modernizando, creando un complejo residencial de edificios modernos y rehabilitando los antiguos. A unos 15 minutos caminando de la Royal Mile y muy cerca de un supermercado que permanece abierto incluso los domingos. Una buena opción para una estancia en Edimburgo.
