Everyone who first enters this luxury villa is left speechless - from the moment you open the beautiful stained glass door one is faced with truly awe inspiring views to the sea, mountains, and the Arabic castle of Salobreña. Multiple terraces and a heated private pool make this an ideal location for a wonderfully relaxing holiday for couples and families alike. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the villa is also ideal for 2 families/couples sharing. The pool terrace and pool are private and not overlooked. There are numerous terraces for relaxing, sunbathing or dining 'Al Fresco', in and out of the sun. Palm tress and a two level wood decking create shade and an enormous flat terrace creates ample room for relaxing in the sun. Totally refurbished - new furnitures - indoor and outdoor - new sunbeds and a 6-seat jacuzzi. New mattresses in all beds

Inside the villa there is everything you require from a fully equipped kitchen to the open planned living area complete with new LED TV (can provide several channel choices, as English, Scandinavian, Russian, etc), Free WiFi for your laptop. The bedrooms all have fitted mirror wardrobes, air condition and ceiling fans, 2 with en-suites, the 3rd bathroom being upstairs on the living area floor.

Area: The villa is located at a short walk to the community area with communal pool, children's pool, playground, tennis, table tennis, football pitch & basketball hoop.

It is a 45 minutes drive to Granada and its Alhambra, the number one attraction in Spain, 1 hour to the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, where you can do both downhill and cross country skiing from December through April. Less then half an hour drive you find Almunecar with its markets and Roman ruins, La Herradura with its beautiful harbour and Nerja with its underground caves.

Notes:
The villa Mar Azul was built in 2003, and we bought it in November 2012. After that, the villa has been totally refurbished, also with new outdoor and indoor furniture. New jacuzzi in February 2013.

Beautiful villa with stunning views-top vacation!

We had a great stay at the villa. The views were stunning, from the terraces, the pool and jacuzzi area and also from the kitchen, living room and the two front bedrooms. We could look at the sea, the city of Salobrena and the mountains at the same time - fantastic.

We enjoyed the weather and despite the time of year we could use the patio and cook our dinner outside on the Weber gas grill, most of the time.

We also used the heated pool and the jacuzzi a lot. Both so relaxing - pool in the morning and jacuzzi by night.

Upon arrival we felt very welcome - also a bottle of red wine were waiting for us.

The villa had all the amenities we had hoped for. It was like a home away..

We could watch TV with english, german and all nordic channels on the list. Nice, even though we did not use it a lot - wifi was also appreciated - even useable outdoor.

The villa was tidy and well maintained. We got a very good customer service and the owner responded quickly on email. The deposit were returned shortly after departure.

In Salobrena we visited a few restaurants. We do recommend La Biznaga. The owner recommended the restaurant to us and we loved the place. Very good food and super service.

You will need a rental car when staying at the house. There is some 2,5 km to the nearest restaurant or shop. You could though get a taxi to town for around 10 euros.

In all, we loved the place and will highly recommend it. We hope to come back in the near future.

Villa with nice view but some problems as well.

Nice seaviews from the villa.Nice view from two bedrooms.Third bedroom very dark with no fresh air because window was opening to the steps in halway.Problems with hot tub whole stay.Kept switching of after few minutes.Tv not working all holiday..Hard to reset satellite box.Very nice swimming pool and terraces.Tap water not suitable for drinking or cooking.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien.

De eigenaar is bijzonder aardig en eerlijk. En de beheerder is zeer behulpzaam.
