A stunning, and brand new 3 bedroom contemporary design villa located in a quiet tucked away position in the centre of Sagres and within easy walking distance of Martinhal Beach. There are only 10 villas in this condominium, and only 4 available for rentals, so it is unlikely to get very busy around the swimming pool, even in the height of summer. The property has a spectacular view across Martinhal beach, the Sagres peninsula and the Natural Park.

With a modern architecture, in which large glass spans prevail, flatters the involvement between life in the inside, the luminosity and the extraordinary outside landscape.

Guests have the use of a shared swimming pool 12m x 6m and baby pool, both enclosed in a beautiful garden during the summer months

There are some great restaurants in Sagres, really good surf bars, two banks and a large supermarket. Everything walking distance from the villa.



The bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the first floor while a large open plan lounge and kitchen occupy the ground floor.

1st Floor: 3 bedrooms arranged as one suite double bed (bathroom with shower) ; one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds sharing a bathroom with bath and shower.

Large roof terrace with views over the ocean and Martinhal Beach.

Ground floor: Large open plan living room with fabulous kitchen fully equipped, and toilet.

Private garden and private terrace with barbecue, table and 6 chairs perfect for outside dining.

The property is fully air conditioning.

Internet wireless and Cable TV with international channels

Possibility to install 1 extra bed.

New, modern and clean house on great location

We had a great week's stay at this villa in Sagres. The house was spotless, light filled and practically brand new. The layout of the houses in this small complex is ideal for families or groups of friends. Maria, the property manager was very friendly and helpful. The beach and the centre of Sagres can be reached by foot, but a car is advisable. The villa has free wi-fi, but the connection was slow and non-existent is some parts of the house. Overall, excellent value for money.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, und fanden ein sehr modernes und sauberes Haus, in zentraler Lage - mit perfekter Ausstattung wie zum Beispiel: WLAN, Klimaanlage oder Föhn. Zwar kein deutsches TV, aber wer braucht das dort schon!?

Perfekter Familienurlaub für alle die Ruhe suchen

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet einen fantastischen Blick über den Strand von Martinhal. Diesen kann man zu Fuß erreichen (ca. 10 Minuten) oder auch mit dem Auto anfahren.

Die Villen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sind absolut neuwertig!

Die großzügige Glasfront bereiten ein sehr angenehmes Raumgefühl mit viel Licht ohne sich aufzuheizen. In allen Räumen befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, die wir allerdings nicht benötigt haben.

Der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse ist für Kinder - und für Erwachsene - eine echtes Highlight.

Die Hausverwalterin Maria hat sich herzlich um alle Gäste in einer unaufdringlichen Weise gekümmert. Das Ein- und Auschecken funktionierte reibungslos und unkompliziert.

Sagres and its surrounds offer endless stunning beaches for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, windsurfing, also scuba diving, fishing, dolphin watching and scenic boat trips. On land the Natural Reserve offers breathtaking landscapes and views, with walking, bird watching, horse riding. An incredible area to explore, relax in and enjoy. The town has many varied cafes, bars and restaurants, internet cafes, surf hire, bicycle hire, a market, a working port, a supermarket, bakery, post office and chemist.

Sagres is the most southwesterly point in Europe and until the 15th century was considered to be ' The End of the World'.

Today Sagres has lots to offer the holiday maker from fantastic seafood and local cuisine in its restaurants to busy night life at its bars. There are numerous beautiful and unspoiled beaches to explore, cliff walks with spectacular scenery, surfing, windsurfing, body boarding, sunsets to die for!
